| The rapid development of film and television industry,recently,with a wealth of opportunities,but also facing great challenges.If the enterprise cannot identify and prevent financial risks effectively in time,it will fall into the risk of financial crisis.As the first Chinese private film and television company listed in IPO,Huayi Brothers Media co.,ltd.is facing certain representative financial risks.In addition,academic research rarely focuses on the financial evaluation of film and television industry and specific enterprises,so the introduction of Huayi Brothers has certain research value Based on the analysis of the financial risk theory and the research status of financial risk assessment at home and abroad,this paper determines the research ideas and methods at first.And then this paper analyzes the film and television industry from some aspects,including the industry's business characteristics,financial risk characteristics,financial risk categories,financial risk factors,etc.The paper thirdly introduces the Huayi Brothers Media Corporation,combining with the characteristics of film and television industry to identify the existing financial risks.Fourthly,according to the analysis of the financial risk,financial index analysis method,this paper determines the single variable model and Z "model of the longitudinal evaluation methods as the analysis model,and chooses two highly correlation firms industry as a reference to analyze the financial risk of the Huayi Brothers.Finally,combined with the evaluation results of Huayi Brothers,this paper puts forward feasible and targeted preventive Suggestions. |
