Research On The Protection Of Revolutionary Cultural Relics In Tianjin

Tianjin is a city opened to the outside world in modern China and has a special status in the development of modern China.Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,Tianjin has been one of the party's key activity areas,leaving a large number of revolutionary cultural relics.In July 2018,the Party Central Committee and the State Council issued the ?Opinions on the Implementation of the Revolutionary Cultural Relics Protection and Utilization Project(2018-2022)?.In October 2018,the ?Several Opinions on Strengthening the Protection and Utilization of Cultural Relics? was issued,which put forward corresponding requirements for the protection and utilization of revolutionary cultural relics.In this context,how to better protect the revolutionary cultural relics and give full play to their due value is a subject worthy of further discussion.The research of this topic begins with the comprehensive investigation and analysis of the existing revolutionary cultural relics(immovable cultural relics)in Tianjin,based on the survey of the revolutionary sites in Tianjin in 2010 and the review of the corresponding party history data.The statistics and analysis of the value and characteristics of the Tianjin Revolutionary Cultural Relics,the preservation of the existing revolutionary cultural relics in Tianjin,the utilization of existing revolutionary cultural relics in Tianjin,and the causes of the destruction of revolutionary cultural relics in Tianjin were carried out.Secondly,the Tianjin Revolutionary Cultural Relics Evaluation Standard System was established in accordance with industry laws,regulations and standards such as the ?Cultural Relic Protection Law?and? the Guidelines for the Protection of Cultural Relics ?and Historic Sites.The protection evaluation system is mainly based on the analysis of relevant indicators in the revolutionary cultural relics protection evaluation standards.It provides guidance for the next step of protection through a combination of comprehensive evaluation and auxiliary quantitative evaluation.The protection measures are mainly maintenance and monitoring,emergency reinforcement,Renovation,construction of protective facilities,relocation and environmental improvement.This research from the total to the point,from the face and point,the protection and evaluation system of Tianjin's revolutionary cultural relics is systematically sorted out and summarized,and a standard model for the protection of Tianjin's revolutionary culturalrelics is proposed.It is a useful exploration of the future research and protection of revolutionary cultural relics in this region,and promotes the revolutionary tradition.Encouraging the national spirit and urban development has a certain role in promoting.
