Research On Promoting Rural Governance By Revitalizing Traditional Rural Culture

The important foundation of China's social development lies in the countryside,and the most arduous task is also in the countryside.Only by completing these tasks can we lay the foundation for social development and promote social development to obtain power and potential.Since the strategy of Rural Revitalization was put forward in the report of the 19 th national congress,rural governance in China has gradually become the focus of public attention.Governance is a process in which multiple subjects work together to manage public affairs.At present,although the government is still the main body of rural governance,other multiple governance subjects also have a synergistic effect on rural governance.Culture is the expression of the soul of a country and a nation.In recent years,the public's attention to traditional culture has been increasing,and rural traditional culture has gradually entered people's vision.Culture evolved from the origin of rural traditional culture,and can play a unique auxiliary role in rural governance.As a relatively independent social form,the countryside can't be managed by administrative means.Rural traditional culture,as the inner life of the village,has been recognized by the villagers with the development of history.By using rural traditional culture to promote the implementation of rural governance,it helps to strengthen the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of rural governance.Taking Chengmen town of Fuzhou City as an example,this paper first analyzes and discusses the collected literature,hoping to understand the feasibility of promoting rural governance through the revitalization of rural traditional culture,and to solve the difficulties faced by rural governance by means of collaborative governance,so as to play a more effective role in promoting rural governance by the function of rural traditional culture.Secondly,through the analysis of the example of promoting rural governance in Chengmen town through the revitalization of rural traditional culture,the paper concludes that the difficulties encountered in the process of practice are mainly reflected in the double-sided influence of clan power on rural governance,the lack of the main body of rural culture,the lack of vitality and innovation of rural cultural public services,etc.Finally,by absorbing experience from advanced cases and combining with the actual conditions of Chengmen Town,this paper puts forward suggestions to promote the revitalization of traditional rural culture and rural governance.
