Study On The Optimization Of Local Government Behavior In The Protection Of Quanzhou Ancient City

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,and the contradiction between ancient city protection and economic development has become more and more prominent.The problems facing the ancient city are becoming more and more complex.In the face of such a situation,the management of local governments need to change the traditional methods and means of work,to deal with the current protection of the ancient city in the process of new problems.The increasing attention of the state and the awakening of the national culture provide the conditions for the innovation of the management mode of the local government.The increasingly standardized protection behavior and the fine management of the protection content are the symbols of the modernization of local government management,which can make the local government management work move towards a more efficient,fine and intelligent direction.Based on the trend that local governments pay more and more attention to the protection of ancient cities,this paper explores the behavior of local governments in the protection of ancient cities in Quanzhou.By combing and analyzing relevant materials,this paper summarizes the achievements made by the local government in protecting the ancient city of Quanzhou,and puts forward its problems in the aspects of maintenance,utilization and development,development services,and resource efficiency utilization of the ancient city.The main reasons for the problems in the protection of Quanzhou ancient city are the interest game among the subjects,the unclear rights and responsibilities of relevant departments of ancient city protection,the need to strengthen the construction of ancient city protection professionals,the lack of diversified investment and financing channels,and the immature supply and allocation system of public goods.It is necessary to further optimize the local government actions in ancient city protection from the aspects of strengthening the institutional guarantee of ancient city protection,coordinating the protection,development and utilization of ancient city,and improving the ability level of ancient city protection.
