In recent years,the country attaches more importance to the education of secondary vocational schools,secondary vocational schools to train skilled talents and high-quality workers for the purpose.It is urgent to improve the teaching ideas,methods and effects of secondary vocational schools.The flipped classroom teaching mode introduced into China in 2012 solves some problems in secondary vocational teaching.Through the teaching effect in recent years,there are still some problems in flipped classroom teaching.For example,the dominant position of students is not fully reflected.Teachers mainly impart knowledge,while students learn passively.The knowledge system of students is relatively scattered,without forming a network structure.Students flexible use of knowledge ability is not high,with a fixed thinking.Therefore,in order to improve the shortcomings of flipped classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools,this project integrates structured teaching into the characteristics of secondary vocational students and applies it to flipped classroom teachingThis paper is divided into six parts to discuss in detail.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the basic content of the article and systematically explains the research background,significance,content,method,current situation,ideas,innovative points and purposes.The second part describes the general situation of the basic theory.This part is divided into related concept explanation,which mainly summarizes the concept,elements,basic characteristics,operation process and other aspects of flipped classroom teaching model.The third part discusses the current situation,and systematically studies the status quo of flipped classroom teaching mode in secondary vocational colleges,the mask" teaching status of Flash course,and the teaching problems of Flash "mask" course in the flipped classroom teaching mode in secondary vocational colleges.Through questionnaire investigation and analysis,the author has a deep understanding of the problems existing in the current teaching situation,such as course design ideas,course implementation and course effect.The fourth part mainly discusses the ideas of reform.This part is divided into the exploration of the ideas of reform plan.From the basic theory,the value and construction of structured teaching in the teaching design of "mask" module,it deeply analyzes the reform ideas and feasibility of structured teachin g in the course teaching design.The fifth part is the exploration of teaching practice,which is the key and difficult point of this paper.In-depth analysis of flipped classroom preview class,new teaching,consolidation of structured teaching model construction,structured curriculum design case,curriculum implementation effect three aspects detailed elaboration,and through the comparison of class and experimental class questionnaire survey,the feasibility of structured teaching;The last chapter summarizes the whole paper,discusses the existing problems in this study,improves the research on the teaching mode of structured flipped classroom,and looks for ward to the future development of flipped classroomThis paper attempts to construct a study on the application of structured teaching that adapts to the characteristics of secondary vocational students in flipped classroom,and verifies the feas ibility of this teaching method through questionnaire survey and teaching practice at the practical level.Through the study of this paper,the author hopes to provide some Suggestions for the development of secondary vocational college teaching and contribute to the development of national vocational education.
