A Report On Escort Interpreting Practice For 2019 China Kickboxing Professional League

This report focuses on the author's escort interpreting practice for 2019 China Kickboxing Professional League in Shijiazhuang.Based on the interpretive theory,the author selected part of the interpretation dialogues as the object of case study and analyzed the problems encountered in the process of interpreting and the interpreting strategies.The report is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the description of the interpreting task,which introduces the background,features of the task and requirements from the client.The second chapter introduces the process of the task,including pre-interpretation preparation,interpretation process and post-interpretation evaluation.The third chapter is case study.Guided by the interpretive theory,the author analyzed the problems and solutions through practical cases.The fourth chapter is the author's summary and reflection on this task,which summarizes the success and shortcomings of this interpretation task and puts forward the direction of future learning,and provides reference for future interpretation work.
