The psychological health problems of contemporary college students are becoming more and more prominent.Subjective well-being is a comprehensive psychological index to assess the quality of life of individuals and an important standard to measure the overall health of individuals.However,due to factors such as family,school and self,how to improve the level of subjective well-being of college students has become Research hotspots.As one of the important constituent units of the school community,as the second largest position for the development of college students,the positive psychological experience held by the members of the club to their clubs can promote the satisfaction of the individual's basic psychological needs and make them experience a practical existence.The sense of integrity and happiness brought about by rational or active life.This study takes college students who have participated in clubs during the period of Hebei Normal University as the research object,and further focuses on the previous research on college students' sense of community in schools,focusing on the college students' sense of community in their clubs and the mechanism of their influence on subjective well-being.issue.This study is divided into three parts: the first part is based on the school community sense theory and self-edited interview results,constructs a community member community sense theory framework,and compiles a localized community member community sense questionnaire;the second part is about the community sense and basic psychology of college student community members Demand satisfaction and subjective well-being performance characteristics and correlations are investigated and analyzed;the third part is based on psychological community sense theory and self-determination theory,designing group counseling programs,and improving college students' subjective well-being level through group counseling.In summary,the research conclusions are as follows:(1)The community sense questionnaire for community members is composed of three factors: community identity,emotional attachment,and inheritance tendency.After statistical analysis,it is proved to have good reliability and validity indicators.(2)The freshmen's community members have the strongest sense of community,and the freshman's community members have the weakest sense of community;the non-only children's community recognition level is stronger than the only children.The overall level of subjective well-being of urban students is stronger than that of rural students;the level of subjective well-being of students who are cadres in associations is stronger than that of non-community cadres.The overall level of basic psychological needs of only children is higher than that of non-only children.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the community sense of community members,satisfaction of basic psychological needs,and subjective well-being.Community sense of community members has a positive predictive effect on subjective well-being.Basic psychological needs meet the community sense of community members There is a complete mediating effect between subjective well-being.(4)The design of group counseling activities focuses on the support of the community.Focusing on the dimension of the community's emotional attachment to the community members and taking into account the indirect impact of the community's identity and inheritance tendencies,group psychological counseling that meets its basic needs can be effective.Improve the level of subjective well-being of college students participating in clubs.
