Investigations And Countermeasures On Urban Residents' Sense Of Community

Taking citizens who come from six communities in Nanchang as the research object in this study to understand the status of urban residents' sense of community,and design and implementation of Community intervention programmes,promotion of residents ' sense of community.From the perspective of action research,reference the procedures and methods grounded theory to interview the residents in six communities,and then according to survey results and related psychological theory to design and implement a comprehensive community intervention program,and using city residents of community questionnaire as tools before and after the intervention group and control group experimental design to explore the effect intervention of test.Research conclusions are as follows:(1)A sense of community in Nanchang residents is more complex because the community diversity,individual differences and appear quite different,but the fundamental issue has its similarities,there are positive aspects,there are also areas that need improvement.(2)The complexity of urban residents ' sense of community,integration of the sense of community interventions,require multidisciplinary and use multiple branches of psychology research,design more comprehensive intervention programs.This study preliminary intervention programs including the organic connection of five elements: Construction of psychological atmosphere of the community on Community collective action and common cultural;Meetting individual needs and group dynamics;Counseling sense of community group;Providing individual services for residents who are unable to participate in group activities and other supporting work.(3)Through the sense of community comprehensive intervention can effectively promote the residents ' sense of community.(4)To satisfy people's minds better expectations for a sense of community and home,there is lot of community psychology research and practice needs to be done.
