Research On The Definition Of Quadrisyllabic Words With The Hint Word Yu(?)in Guo Yu Ci Dian(????)

The disyllabic words in the Guo Yu Ci Dian(????)are mostly idioms and allusive words,whose lexical meaning are rich in cultural connotations as well as distinctive expressiveness.The research work on the dictionary definition,points to lexical meaning analysis and dictionary compilation,which is an important link of cultural knowledge and language resources.This paper takes the definition of disyllabic words with the hint word yu(?)in the dictionary as the research object and makes a concrete analysis from four perspectives:the meaning items,the contents of the definition,the definiteness and the types of the definiteness.The full text is divided into five chapters:The first chapter introduces the theoretical method of this paper,and introduces the format guideline and the lexical entries.The second chapter describes and analyzes the distinction,arrangement,contents and relationship between the definiteness,and explores the generation and understanding method of the figurative meaning of the disyllabic words.The third chapter analyzes the definition of allusive words with the hint word yu(?)in the dictionary.The definition of this part accurately defines the information of allusive words,such as lexical meaning,allusion source and word form,and reveals the relationship among them.The fourth chapter is based on the French linguist Frédériez's theory of expressiveness language,and analyzes the high attention of definition and examples to expressiveness.The fifth chapter makes a contrast with a total of quadrisyllabic words that their definition hint word yu(?)in the Xian Dai Han Yu Ci Dian(7th Edition)(???????7?),Xian Dai Han Yu Gui Fan Ci Dian(3rd Edition)(?????????3?)and Guo Yu Ci Dian(????),and explores the learning and inheritance of two dictionaries to the Guo Yu Ci Dian(????).
