Evaluation On The Tourism Development Potential Of The Revolutionary Villages

The revolutionary site refer to the sites,relics and memorial buildings that have witnessed the long-term revolutionary struggle of the people of all ethnic groups and the course of the new democratic revolution and socialist revolution led by the communist party of China since modern times,and reflect the revolutionary culture.As an immovable revolutionary cultural relic,it has witnessed the heroic struggle of Chinese people of all ethnic groups in the course of the revolution,and is the most historically representative and locally distinctive part of the revolutionary heritage.Since the eighteenth congress of the communist party of China,countries have issued the "on the implementation of revolutionary cultural relics protection using the opinions of the project(2018-2022)","on strengthening the protection of cultural relics with several opinions of the reform of,the revolutionary site protection using guideline(2019)and other documents,in order to improve the protection of the revolutionary site,but the conservation and utilization of revolutionary site is still not optimistic,especially in rural areas of revolutionary site.Due to the particularity of China's revolutionary road,most of the old revolutionary sites are distributed in rural areas and scattered,which brings inconvenience to the data statistics,protection and repair of the old revolutionary sites and the integration of tourism resources.The lack of protection awareness,professional knowledge and the change of the rural environment style caused serious damage to the old revolutionary sites in the grassroots village committees and the rural residents,which is in danger of disappearing.At the same time,the revolutionary old sites are used in a single way,tourism development is seriously homogenized,only relying on a single old site resources to fight alone,failed to give play to the resources of each village characteristics,economic efficiency is low.How to evaluate the potential of tourism development in the rural areas where the old revolutionary sites are located,and find a tourism development path that can not only give play to the value of the old revolutionary sites,but also reflect the characteristics of the rural resources,is the top priority in the protection and utilization of the old revolutionary sites.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper combines the tourism system theory,the theory of comparative advantage,the theory of coordinated development,and the opinions of 32 experts in related fields,and establishes the tourism development potential evaluation system for the former revolutionary sites.Fuping county of hebei province,the capital of jin-cha-ji border region and the national tourism poverty alleviation experimental area,was selected to conduct an empirical study on the tourism development potential evaluation system,and the tourism development potential evaluation scores of 13 townships in fuping county were obtained.In this paper,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)to revolutionary site types of rural tourism development potential of the research background and significance,research methods and innovation points,elaborates the research contents and technical route,both at home and abroad about the revolutionary site tourism,rural tourism,red tourism development potential of the research results were reviewed,and explains the relevant concepts and basic theory,provide theoretical support for this research.(2)the revolutionary site types of rural tourism development potential of the site resources potential evaluation index is divided into revolution,show potential use of potential education,environment coordinated support layer 3project,site ontology value,historical and cultural value,display,education communication level,environmental resources value,the level of economic support and facilities service level seven factors layer and 22 indicators.The analytic hierarchy process is used to establish a judgment matrix,and the weight of each relevant factor is finally obtained through the expert scoring,and then the development potential evaluation model of rural tourism of revolutionary old sites is constructed.(3)an empirical study was conducted on 13 townships in fuping county with the obtained evaluation model,and the evaluation results of tourism development potential of each township were obtained.The 13 townships were divided into 3categories according to tourism development potential by cluster analysis.The results show that from revolutionary site types of rural tourism development potential,strong common revolutionary site ontology and historical and cultural value is higher,display a complete facilities and characteristics,environment coordinated support ability,concentration reflected the revolution history and the characteristics of taihang mountain natural humanities fusion,is the outstanding representatives of revolutionary site class village;In rural areas with general tourism development potential,natural and cultural resources are more prominent than the remaining value of revolutionary sites in the region.And tourism development potential,weakcountry,in the revolutionary site,display utilization of resources,environment,collaborative basis is very weak,in different degree,there is a revolutionary site low value,historical and environmental preservation of ontology is incomplete,no display exhibition facilities,low profile,rural tourism resources,less revolutionary site tourism development foundation is weak,and so on.Finally,according to the research results and analysis,the author puts forward the overall development strategy and classification strategy of rural tourism at revolutionary sites,in order to provide reference for the development of rural tourism at revolutionary sites.
