An Exploration On Singing Design And Stage Practice Of The Song The Myth Of Thousand Buddhas Cave

Mr.Du Bin,a national composer and a writer with virtues and arts in Hebei Province,once served as the president of Hebei Opera and Dance theater.Dubin's music creation is diverse and creation theme is covering a wide range,which is from opera,dance play,song and dance play to drama,song,instrumental music.His works won awards at home and abroad.It's a pity that these excellent works gradually vanished with Mr.Du Bin's death.As a native of Hebei,the author has the responsibility and obligation to pass on the works of a native musician of Hebei.The Myth of Thousand Buddhas Cave is a classic work of Mr.Du Bin,and it is also one of the DunHuang Suites that Mr.Du bin and Mr.Shao Yongqiang completed together.This work takes the Mogao Grottoes of DunHuang as the creation object.The composer skillfully combines the western composing skills with the characteristics of Chinese national music.The lyrics are concise and the melody is melodious,which make the work extremely mysterious in the western region.However,it is instinct with freedom and boldness of western musics.Starting from the general creation background and the analysis of the work,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the composer,the background of creation,the structure of the form and the artistic conception of the lyrics.In detail,it discusses the singing skills,the choice of timbre,the special treatment of the contrast words,the presentation of the Western style,the expression of emotion and charm,the use of gestures and eyes,etc.from the singing design and stage practice of the Myth of Thousand Buddhas Cave.And with the combination of theoretical research and practice,this paper summerises the singing design methods and stage practice experience of national vocal music works.
