In recent years,new folk music represented by Zhou Yunpeng,Wan Xiaoli,Zhao Lei and others has prevailed in China.Unlike mass production of popular music,new folk music,as a kind of subculture music,has won with its authenticity and philosophical rationality.The love of the young audience.The new folk ballad tells the stories in life through the underlying narrative,and some of them reflect the problems of contemporary society and express the voice of the youth group.The youth group finds emotional resonance in the new folk ballad,and they also show Characteristics of "mourning culture".Studying the relationship between the spread of new folk songs and the "mourning culture" of youth groups has become the main content of this article.This article uses content analysis,text analysis,600 new ballad lyrics and commentary texts recommended by the music platform were used as research samples,and analyzes that the narrative of the new folk songs revolves around "love","home","ideal",The four themes of "Life and Death" are unfolded,which is also the topic most concerned by young people.Furthermore,the discussion contents of these topics in the new ballads were further analyzed.Based on the audience comments and in-depth interviews,the emotional attitudes of the audience towards these topics were studied.It was found that some youth groups showed the characteristics of "mourning culture" under the relevant themes,and the analysis was carried out.The study found that,in addition to "ideal",the youth group's emotional bias toward the other three topics is relatively negative,showing the typical "mourning culture" characteristics.This article analyzes the reasons behind their "mourning culture" and finds that the gene of "mourning culture" exists in the long history of Taoist culture in China.And some of today's youth are not really "mourners," they are more like reverse self-motivation in this way.There are also some young people who show a true "mourning culture".The media and the youth's own perspectives to provide corresponding guidance suggestions.
