Mo-tse was a famous thinker,educator and strategist in the Warring States Period of China.His Mohist doctrine was called Confucianism and Mohism in the Pre-Qin Period and Confucianism.The existing book Mo-tse is mainly compiled according to the writings of Mo-tse and Mo-tse's students.Mo-tse's outlook on justice and profit is an important part of Mo-tse's ethical thought.It is a new trend of thought in the society at that time.The highest ethical principle is to "promote the interests of the world and eliminate the harms of the world",supplemented by the "Ten Theories" as the implementation method.It advocates "mutual love and mutual benefit",with the national interests and the interests of the people as the most important.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the significance of studying Mo-tse's outlook on justice and profit,as well as the current situation of studying Mo-tse's outlook on justice and profit at home and abroad,and expounds the research methods,research ideas and Innovations Adopted in this paper.Chapter two elaborates the historical background and source of Mo-tse's outlook on justice and profit.At that time,the development of productive forces led to the change of production relations.There was a distinction between "public land" and "private land".With the expansion of "private land",the princes' property grew rapidly.At the same time,through a series of reforms,the princes expanded their power rapidly.At the same time,the Zhou Dynasty declined,and the princes began not to obey the orders of Zhou's emperor,and the situation of the princes fighting for hegemony was born.Due to the breakdown of cultural monopoly,the phenomenon of cultural downward migration appears,more and more people learn culture,and various ideas are constantly emerging,presenting a situation of contention among hundreds of schools of thought.Mo-tse's view of righteousness and benefit is directly derived from the inheritance of the ancient Saint king's way of governing the country,the thinking of human nature and the analysis of practical problems.Mo-tse mentions Yao,Shun and Yu,Tang many times in the whole article,and praises his saintly way of governing the country,and analyses the advantages of the saintly way of governing the country through examples.Secondly,Mo-tse analyzed the basis of his theory of human nature from the aspect of "human desire and benefit".Finally,from the reality of the society at that time,Mo-tse put forward his own view of justice and profit from the standpoint of the common people.Chapter three elaborates the concrete content of Mo-tse's view of justice and profit.Firstly,it explains the concrete content of "justice" and "profit" in Mo-tse's view of justice and profit,and the relationship between them.Then it briefly describes how kings,princes and civilians should realize their own "justice" and "profit".Implementing "righteous government" to govern people,make the country prosperous and strong,and keep the throne of the king forever;Princes' concurrent love can not only be appreciated by the king,but also enable the people to live and work in peace and contentment,thus making the princes rich and prosperous;People's implementation of "righteous deeds" can lead a good life and change their destiny.Chapter four evaluates Mo-tse's outlook on characteristics of Mo-tse's outlook on justice and profit,this paper points out its limitations and enthusiasm.In the international arena,the world today is facing unprecedented changes.Economic coincide with Mo-tse's outlook on justice and profit,such as "common benefit under the world" and "emphasizing profit and upholding righteousness"."Community of Human Destiny" and "Correct View of Righteousness and Benefit" provide theoretical guidance for resolving the contradiction between international and domestic interests;provide guiding principles for seeking common interests of all countries in the world and constructing long-term stable cooperation mechanism;and provide guidelines for domestic stakeholders to dialectically handle the relationship between justice and profit and solve the imbalance between justice and profit.
