Ethical Issues And Countermeasures Of Human Genome Editing

The discovery and deciphering of the genetic code have enabled humanity to finally unveil the mystery of life and gradually recognized the vital role of genes in the inheritance of human beings for tens of thousands of years.With the deepening of disease pathology research,it has been found that many diseases are caused by abnormal changes in genes.The birth of gene editing technology has made it possible for scientists and clinicians to modify and edit human DNA at the molecular level so that it can effectively and accurately treat and prevent diseases,especially the breakthrough progress of CRISPR/Cas9 technology has greatly improved the accuracy of editing of genes.And the enormous potential and unique advantages of the Human Genome Editor saving lives can be seen.From a broader perspective,the human genome editor can also be considered as a control and transformation of the human species.Just as everything in the world is multifaceted,the human genome editors will bring about scientific and ethical confusion while benefiting human beings.For this reason,responsible scientists and ethicists have engaged in extensive and intense discussions.This paper aims to classify and summarize the ethical controversies and problems caused by human genome editing.On this basis,it focuses on analyzing the deep-seated reasons behind the problems and tries to find feasible solutions.The full text consists of five parts:The first part expounds the background significance of the research on human genome editing ethics,and organizes and analyzes the research progress of domestic and foreign scholars,draws on the research results and analyzes the shortcomings.The literature analysis method,comprehensive analysis method and interdisciplinary research method are mainly used in this paper.The second part discusses the related concepts of human genome editing,which is divided into the perspective of research purposes and research objects.In addition,the development status of human genome editing is analyzed and the potential of human genome editing and its broad application prospects are prospected.The third part explores the ethical issues that human genome editing may bring from the natural,social and human level.The paper analyzes the specific problems caused by human genome editing at various levels,clarifies the status quo of its potential and crisis,and clearly points out that the ethical issues arising from scientific and technological progress need to be solved urgently.The fourth part makes a deep analysis of the causes of the ethical problems of human genome editing.The study believes that the strong demand for transformation,inadequate the orientation of propaganda,lack of responsibility for ethical review and legal supervision,and neglect of human dignity of human dignity are the main reasons for the ethical issues of human genome editing,and also the main direction for solving this problem.The fifth part explores the coping strategies of human genome editing ethics.This paper proposes that we should correctly understand and control the development and application of human genome editing,attach great importance to public understanding and participation,establish and improve the ethical review system,improve the legal regulation of human genome editing,and conscientiously implement the practical principles of human genome editing.
