The Concept Of Genius From The Perspective Of Linguistic Culturology

Conceptual research is an important research area of Russian language and culture.Concept is the core of national culture,and it embodies the national spirit.The concept of ?????(translated as genius in English)is one of the characteristics of Russian culture,as well as the Russian language and cultural units.The formation and development of the meaning of the word not only reflect cultural changes,but also include the unique cognition and understanding of the world by the Russian nation.This thesis is based on Stepanoff 's diachronic concept research method.It analyzes the concept from three levels.The first level is the etymological level,which studies the origin of concept words,at the same time summarizes and clarifies the concept through the comparison of synonyms and antonyms.The second level is the historical level,which uses time as a guideline to study the development of the concept of ?????(translated as genius in English)and its concrete embodiment in texts.The third level is the reality level,which studies the application of the concept of ?????(translated as genius in English)in modern society and people's perception of concept.Through the study of the concept of ?????(translated as genius in English),we can comprehend the Russian mode of thinking more clearly and grasp the development of Russian national culture in a more organized way.Additionally,this study would provide us with a much deeper view to understand the Russian nation,as well as to enhance our cognition to Russian national culture.
