A Study On The Trend Of Thought Of"Critical Inheritance Of Historical Heritage"

"Seventeen years of historiography"(1949-1966)was an important period for the development of modern and contemporary history in China.During this period,the majority of historians,guided by Marxist history,continued to expand their research fields and actively launched academic debates.These 17 years have become the forerunner of the prosperity of the study of the historiography of New China.The representative one is the trend of "critical inheritance of historical heritage" that emerged in the Chinese academic circle from the mid 1950 s to the early 1960 s.This ideological trend involves the fields of historiography,literature,philosophy and art.In the field of historiography,it mainly includes topics such as "typical figures and thoughts of ancient times","the problem of Farmer wars"," Critical inheritance of ideology and morality ","representative figures of feudal society" and other topics.Most of the scholars participating in the debate adhere to the historicist method of governing history and adopting a "critical inheritance,revolutionary and innovative" attitude to conduct multi-dimensional exploration and controversy over ancient Chinese historical and cultural heritage.These theoretical achievements are not only the manifestation of the researcher's personal academic interest and academic accomplishment,but also coincide with the background of the times and realistic politics.This ideological trend has generally improved the theoretical accomplishments of many historians of Marxist history,and at the same time has promoted the return of historical trend of thought in the field of Chinese history to a certain extent,and has promoted the prosperity of the "Seventeen-years historiography " of in New China.Based on the "Seventeen-year historiography " of New China,this article summarizes the origin and development of the trend of "historical heritage critical inheritance" that emerged in the Chinese historical circle from the mid 1950 s to the early 1960 s,and its influence on Chinese modern and contemporary history.;On the basis of clarifying historical facts and disciplinary academics,systematically andmeticulously research the relevant debates,representative figures and main viewpoints in this trend of thought,so as to provide useful reference methods for the consolidation,research,and inheritance of current historical and cultural heritage.
