Water Conservancy Society In Song Dynasty From The Perspective Of Game Between State Power And Civil Rights

Water conservancy society is simply a system of regional social relations with water conservancy as the center.If the regional social relations centered on water conservancy are extended,they are directly or indirectly related to regional social laws,culture,politics,military affairs,religion,economy,social customs,social customs and social life.It not only includes water,water conservancy development,water rights disputes,water god belief,water-related water conservancy disputes,local customs,water conservancy management and operation mode,but also includes the spiritual culture and social life of social members or social groups in the basin.The social connotation of water conservancy is rich,and the research field is very broad.This paper does not discuss comprehensively,but mainly studies water conservancy construction,farmland water conservancy and water-related water conservancy disputes from the perspective of national power and civil rights game.Through these studies,we can learn about the social development of West Zhejiang Road and other areas in song Dynasty.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first chapter mainly discusses the natural environment of West Zhejiang Road from three aspects of landform,water resources and climate,as well as the cultural environment of west Zhejiang Road from three aspects of administrative division,irrigation and shipping.In the Song Dynasty,West Zhejiang Road included Linan Prefecture(Hangzhou),Pingjiang Prefecture(Suzhou),Zhenjiang Prefecture(Runzhou),Jiaxing Prefecture,Anji Prefecture(Huzhou),Changzhou,Yanzhou and Jiangyin Army.It has a subtropical monsoon climate,large annual precipitation,abundant water resources,numerous lakes and rivers,dense river network,and the Grand Canal flows through it,which is very convenient for irrigation and shipping.With its special landform,water resources and climate characteristics,West Zhejiang became the most important grain producing area in China,and the unique water environment made west Zhejiang Road the most prosperous area in water conservancy construction in song Dynasty.Chapter two mainly explores the game between the state and the people around the construction of water conservancy.First,combed the courtier between the different opinions about whether or not water conservancy,fan zhongyan,wang anshi,Jia Dan,such as the evolution of the single strongly support the construction of water conservancy,however Lv Huiqing,Wen Yanbo theorists' opposition,not in favor of water conservancy construction,in the whole process,partisanship,conflicts of interest,such as water conservancy cost all around on both sides of the speech,which affect the development of water resources industry in song dynasty.Secondly,the different views on water conservancy construction among the people are explored.Some of the civil forces are opposed to some of the country's water projects because they do not want to contribute money or damage their vested interests.Part of the folk force for a reason,and will participate in the construction of water conservancy projects,in general,the folk force to participate in water resources projects,driven by both its own interests,also have a strong sense of social responsibility,also have a need to improve their status and social prestige,multiple motives mixed together,they involved in the local water resources.Finally,the conflict of interest between civil society and state is discussed.The third chapter mainly discusses the game between the state and the people.Firstly,this paper discusses the motivation and activities of the people to occupy the lake as farmland.Secondly,the paper discusses the dispute about the reclamation of waste lake.Thirdly,the author explores the countermeasures of the country on the problem of farmland enclosure.Finally,the paper discusses the game between local strongmen,local government and central government.This paper analyzes the water conservancy society in Song Dynasty from the perspective of the game between state power and civil rights.Governmental power,governmental authority and governmental action belong to the category of state power,while civil authority and civil action belong to the category of civil rights.Among them,this paper discusses the west Zhejiang Road as the center,the West Zhejiang Road is the song dynasty economic center,it by virtue of the unique landform,waterresources,climate and so on became the most important food production area in the country,has the Su Lake ripe world sufficient reputation,the unique water environment makes the west Zhejiang become the song Dynasty water conservancy construction most developed area.Therefore,the historical materials selected in this paper are mainly based on West Zhejiang Road,but also related to other regions,in order to show that the construction of water conservancy projects,the behavior of competing for land with water,and the game between state power and civil rights are not the only situation of west Zhejiang Road.Looking at other regions of Song Dynasty,this is also the case,and west Zhejiang Road is just a microcosm of the water conservancy society in Song Dynasty.
