Research On Public Cultural Service Based On Inheriting Excellent Traditional Culture

On March 1,2017,with the official implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Cultural Service Guarantee,the first law of the Chinese cultural field,was clarified that the people's governments at all levels are responsible for public cultural services.The construction of modern public cultural service system is guided by the core values of socialism,a multicultural system composed of advanced socialist culture,Chinese traditional culture and popular culture.Inheriting and developing China's excellent traditional culture is the important construction of modern public cultural service system.There are many kinds of traditional culture in our country,and the excavation and dissemination of excellent traditional culture is relatively weak.This has become one of the main factors that seriously restrict the development of public cultural services in China.Therefore,we should pay attention to the excavation and inheritance of historical culture,folk culture and local culture,to deepen the connotation of public cultural services.This article focuses on the public cultural services led by the Jiading Cultural Center in Shanghai,through literature analysis,field surveys and interviews,and case analysis.It takes cultural governance theory as the basic theoretical basis,according to the political attributes,living attributes,and production attributes of cultural governance,analyzes the experiences of the practice of inheriting excellent traditional culture in the process of public cultural service of the Jiading Cultural Center from the three aspects: public spirit construction under political logic,service position under living logic,and multi-subject co-construction under production logic.Also makes suggestions for existing problems.First,based on political requirements and consciousness,public cultural services should use policy guidance to shape and promote the urban spirit withtraditional cultural genes,and give full play to the role of consciousness of outstanding traditional culture.After that,regardless of the source of traditional cultural creation,or the channels of traditional cultural dissemination,we must actively promote social participation.The two support and promote each other to achieve the effect of social co-governance and expand the total supply of public culture in the whole society,promoting the sharing and inheritance of excellent cultural resources in different fields and industries.Finally,in the process of investigating and researching the of Jiading Cultural Center based on three logics,in order to better realize the popularization of experience,the implications of feedback perspectives,brand perspectives,and regional differences on inheriting excellent traditional culture research are derived,which will be applied to improve and enhance the effectiveness of public cultural services based on inheriting outstanding traditional culture.
