A Study Of Economic Guerillas In Eastern Fujian

In 1939,influenced by the national conditions and the war situation,Japan changed its policy of aggression against China and implemented the policy of "maintaining war through war".In order to cope with the change of Japanese policy of aggression against China,the Nationalist Party formulated measures of economic warfare and repositioned guerrilla warfare in the Nanyue Military Conference.It put forward the idea that "guerrilla warfare is more important than regular warfare".On March 20,1940,the Executive Yuan of the Nationalist Party promulgated a decree on the organization and implementation of the economic guerrillas signed by Jiang Jieshi.Accordingly,the Nationalist Party war zones began to form their own economic guerrillas.The economic guerrilla group in eastern Fujian was established under this background.It is a guerrilla organization engaged in economic warfare organized by the Commander-in-Chief of the Third Guard Area of the Twenty-Fifth Group Army of the Nationalist Party to assist the county governments in eastern Fujian.From the background of economic guerrilla formation in eastern Fujian,the general situation of economic guerrilla in eastern Fujian,the economic guerrilla groups in various counties in eastern Fujian,the reorganization and abolition of economic guerrilla groups in eastern Fujian and the evaluation of economic guerrilla groups in eastern Fujian Fujian,this paper studies the economic guerrilla groups in eastern Fujian As a guerrilla organization engaged in economic warfare,the economic guerrilla units in eastern Fujian played some roles at that time.However,due to the limitations of the econom ic guerrilla units in eastern Fujian and the influence of a series of objective factors,the economic guerrilla units in eastern Fujian still suffered a lot of malpractices after restructuring and were eventually abolished,such as a flash in the pan.
