The combination of information technology and traditional education can effectively eliminate the lack of educational resources and overcome the disadvantages of unbalanced student teachers in remote areas,laying a solid foundation for China's comprehensive and balanced development of basic education.At present,educational information management reform is being carried out nationwide.A School of Shijiazhuang in Hebei Province is also actively responding,but how to apply it and how to better integrate the teaching of English courses in junior high school,and carry out scientific and reasonable management of information education resources,so that students Benefiting more from informatization teaching has always been a difficult problem on the development of informatization management of English education.How to keep ahead in the new wave of education informatization and highlight the exemplary role is an important subject worthy of research and discussion.Therefore,strengthening education information management is a necessary condition and an important guarantee to promote the balanced development of middle school English education information management in A School of Shijiazhuang.In this thesis,through literature and survey methods,an in-depth analysis and research on the management mode of English education informationization in A School of Shijiazhuang is conducted.The introduction introduces the research background of the thesis,points out the research purpose and significance,and defines the core concepts: informationization,education informationization and education informationization management.Focusing on the current situation and problems of junior high school English education informatization management in Shijiazhuang A school,the authors consulted the relevant domestic and foreign education informatization and foreign language education informatization management literature,formulated research ideas,research methods and implementation plans,and proposed this paper.The innovation points provided a solid theoretical basis and clear research direction for this research.From the perspective of education informatization management,this paper systematically studies the current situation of junior high school English education informatization management in Shijiazhuang A school,analyzes the reasons for the slow development of junior high school English education informatization management in Shijiazhuang A school,and proposes countermeasures.In this way,middle school English education informatization management of Shijiazhuang is better developed,which provides a theoretical basis for future research on "middle school English education informatization management" in China's national conditions.The first chapter investigates the current situation of English education informatization management in A School of Shijiazhuang,and forms a questionnaire for the current situation of English education informatization management in A School of Shijiazhuang(education Bureau questionnaire,school questionnaire,teacher questionnaire,and student questionnaire)The questionnaires were issued and collected,and the questions reflected in the four questionnaires were studied and presented.The second chapter sorts out the problems in the informatization management of English education in A School of Shijiazhuang,and then analyzes and points out the problems in the information management of education in A school of Shijiazhuang from the three levels of education bureau,school,and teacher: 1.The problems and reasons of insufficient education information management planning and insufficient investment in education information management are at the level of the Education Bureau.2.At the school level,there are problems such as inadequate educational information management planning,inadequate educational information management organizations,lack of high-quality digital education resources,shortage of professional and technical personnel,and insufficient efforts to promote the construction of educational information management teachers.3.At the teacher level,there are differences in understanding of English education informatization management,differences in enthusiasm for English education informatization management,differences in mastery of English education informatization management,and insufficient integration of information technology and English courses.The third chapter proposes the development countermeasures to promote the informatization management of English education in A School of Shijiazhuang from the three levels of education bureau,school and teacher.1.The level of education bureau should scientifically formulate the development plan of education informationization management and increase investment in education informationization management.2.At the school level,we must improve the educational information management planning,standardize the educational information management organization,establish a mechanism for sharing and co-constructing high-quality digital education resources,increase the number of professional and technical staff positions,and strengthen the construction of educational information management teachers.3.At the teacher level,it is necessary to strengthen the understanding of the importance of informatization management of English education,improve the enthusiasm for the informatization management of English education,strengthen the technical capabilities of informatization management of English education,and actively promote the integration of information technology and English courses.Finally,the research conclusions are summarized,the shortcomings of the research are pointed out and the prospects for subsequent research are pointed out.This thesis provides new methods and countermeasures for the improvement of informatization management of English education in A School of Shijiazhuang.It also has certain reference significance for the development of middle school education informatization management in A school of Shijiazhuang.The development of informatization management of English education provides practical theoretical and practical basis.
