It has been over 20 years since the establishment of Master of Education.Great changes have taken place in its training,such as training objectives,methods,curriculum,etc.Many factors were responsible for these changes,including the development of society,the reform in elementary education,the introduction of educational policies and things like that.Among all these factors,informatization was the driving force for the development of Master of Education as it had exerted great influences on the infrastructure and education ideas.In addition,as the the acceleration of globalization,English were attached to great significance.Under such a circumstance,it is of significance to explore the development of Master of English Education as well as the ways for its improvement.In order to understand the development process of Master of Education and its causes,to summarize the existing problems in the training mode of Master of Education under the background of informatization and to find ways to solve the existed problems,the following three questions are included:(1)How did the training mode of Master of Education develop? What are the main causes and influences?(2)What are problems and challenges faced by the training mode of English Master of Education under the background of informatization?(3)How to deal with the problems of training mode of Master of English Education under the background of informatization? What is the development path?To deal with these three problems,literature analysis method is taken as the research method in the thesis and literature is research object.First of all,to understand the development process of Master of Education and its causes,the thesis collects literature on training mode of Master of English Education.Secondly,to summarize the existing problems in the training mode of Master of English Education under the background of informatization,literature on Master of Education is adopted.Thirdly,to find out the development path for the training mode of Master of English Education,the literature on the innovative research on innovative education under thebackground of informatization is collected and solutions are determined under the guidance of Systematic Science Theory.Based on the literature analysis,the research results include the following three.In terms of the process of the training mode of Master of Education,result shows that it was a process of integration of information technology and knowledge,a process of transformation from close to open and from teacher-centered ideology to student-centered ideology.Three factors may be responsible for the development.They are development of informatization,training objectives of Master of Education,and the policies on education.In terms of problems and challenges of Master of Education under the background of informatization,by collecting and analyzing the literature,the result shows that there are three major problems of the training mode.First of all,there is lack of integration between practice and theory.Secondly,the degree of openness cannot satisfy people' s need.Last but not least,the effects of the implementation of training mode of Master of Education are poor.As for challenges,it can be summarized as the development of times,the publication of policies and regulations on Master of Education as well as the appeal for English teaching ability.In view of the development path for the training mode of English Master of Education,the thesis predicts that Blended Learning and VR technology will be widely used in the training mode of Master of English Education.The thesis on the development and challenges of Master of English Education under the background of informatization is of great significance to help both teachers and students to understand the Master of English Education well.To be specific,the summary of the development process of Master of Education training mode in this thesis is good for teachers and students' to understand the development of Master of Education and its causes.Then,the problems and challenges of the training mode of Master of English Education under the background of informatization is helpful to understand the current situation of Master of English Education so that both teachers and students can adjust their teaching and learning accordingly.In addition,the solutions explored in the thesis are to some extent valuable to deal with the problems of training mode.Both teachers and students may know what they can do in the face of problems.However,limited to the author's ability,there is still space for theimprovement of the objectivity in text processing and analysis.In addition,although the study has put forward the corresponding suggestions in dealing with problems as well as challenges under the background of informatization,they are not elaborated in depth.So the study in the future may focus on offering more operational and practical suggestions.
