In the feudal hierarchy of china,emperors were at the core and had the supreme power.The imperial edict,a decree issued by the emperor,had the highest legal effect and had a profound influence on this dynasty and later generations.In the Han Dynasty,the number of imperial edicts was huge,covering the social,political,economic,cultural and various aspects of the Han Dynasty.In the Western Han Dynasty,the collection and collation of books were divided into three stages: the first stage,the ban on the removal of books by Emperor Hui,the second stage,Emperor Wu formally established the policy of collecting books as an official policy;the third stage,the period of Emperor Chengdi,the edict school books,and the improvement of the official school book system.In the form of a special topic,this paper focuses on the publication of imperial edicts in the period of Huidi,Wudi and Chengdi background,the specific implementation process and the impact of these edicts.The full text consists of five chapters:The first chapter mainly introduces the status of the imperial edict in the official documents of the Han Dynasty,as well as the unique features of the imperial edict of the Western Han Dynasty,which shows that the influence of the imperial edict transcends any other official document.Finally,it explains the contents of the imperial edict contained in the Book of Han Dynasty.The second chapter is the exposition of the collection and arrangement of books by imperial edicts in Hanxing period.Firstly,it restores the truth of collecting books,then analyzes the reason of "eliminating the book law" and the groundbreaking influence on the interaction of collecting books in western han dynasty.The third chapter takes Wudi Yuan Shuo five-year imperial edict as the research object,explains the background of the establishment of the official book collection and arrangement system in the Western Han Dynasty,as well as the specific collection and arrangement of the collection of books in the period of Wudi,and finally analyzes the merit of the establishment of the collection system by Emperor Wu.The fourth chapter is the content of the official school book system of the HanDynasty.The main explanation of the imperial edict ordered liu xiang and other people's school books,the support of the emperor and sad emperor made the completion of the school book activities is extremely high.and had an unexpected and far-reaching impact on the Han Dynasty's scholarship.Chapter Five analyzes the characteristics of the development of the official book collection and arrangement system in the Western Han Dynasty and the profound influence of the imperial edict on the collection and arrangement of the official books in the Western Han Dynasty.
