A Multidimensional Study Of The Modal Adverb "Gai Bu Shi" In Modern Chinese

"Gai Bu Shi" appears frequently in modern Chinese,there are many uses.This paper first makes a judgment on the existence form of "Gai Bu Shi" in the synchronic plane of modern Chinese,then selects the modal adverb "Gai Bu Shi" which is frequently used as the main research object,and studies its word formation process and mechanism,syntax,semantics and language features from the diachronic and synchronic perspectives.At last,the author puts it on the same plane with the related structural words "Mo Bu Shi ","Bie Bu Shi" and "Pa Bu Shi" for further comparative analysis,in order to objectively grasp its personality characteristics.This paper mainly includes the following six parts:The first part is the introduction.This part introduces the reason,research value,research content,ideas and methods.And from the study of modal adverbs and "Gai Bu Shi" and related structural words "X Bu Shi" two aspects of the previous research overview of combing,summarizing and summarizing.It lays a theoretical foundation for the study of "Gai Bu Shi" and provides the direction of investigation.The second part is to judge the nature of "Gai Bu Shi".This part mainly judges the existence forms of "Gai Bu Shi" in modern Chinese according to Yang Aijiao's standards on the distinction between trisyllabic words and trisyllabic phrases,and makes statistics on the use frequency of "Gai Bu Shi" of different natures,so as to determine that the Mood Adverb "Gai Bu Shi" which is widely used in modern Chinese as the research object of this paper.The third part is to explore the diachronic formation of the Mood Adverb "Gai Bu Shi".In this part,by searching and analyzing the relevant corpus of "Gai Bu Shi",we sort out the possible word formation path,and explain the motivation mechanism to promote its formation.The fourth part is a synchronic analysis of the predicative Mood Adverb "Gai Bu Shi".This part discusses the syntactic,semantic and pragmatic features of "Gai Bu Shi" from the synchronic point of view by using the three plane theory,and comprehensively analyzes its use.The fifth part is a comparative study of the predicative Mood Adverb "Gai Bu Shi" and the related structural words "Mo Bu Shi ","Bie Bu Shi" and "Pa Bu Shi".This part mainly analyzes the similarities and differences of the four words from the aspects of semantic features,subject person collocation,tense selection,expression tendency,and text cohesion function,which is conducive to improving our cognition of "Gai Bu Shi" personality characteristics,and also enables us to have a systematic understanding of the Mood Adverb "X Bu Shi".The sixth part is the conclusion.This part summarizes the content of the article,and reflects on the shortcomings of this article.
