Research On Overseas Communication Of Chinese Network Literature

The development of Chinese network literature has experienced more than 20 years,and now it has a relatively mature industrial system,not only in the accumulation of its domestic market,but also in the expansion of its overseas market.Since 2005,the“Qidian.com” has started the overseas authorization of network literature,then the overseas communication scope of Chinese network literature was expanding day by day,and the mode of communication has also keep upgrading.Under the influence of multiple driving forces,in May 2017,Yuewen Group officially launched “Webnovel”.The current development of “Webnovel” shows a good trend,however,its overseas communication of network literature is still in the exploratory stage,and there are many uncertain factors in the process.Based on this,the paper takes Lasswell's "Pattern Of Five W" as the theoretical framework,and studies the characteristics of the overseas communication of network literature of “Webnovel” from five aspects.On the subject of communication,it discusses the producer,processor and gatekeeper of its content.On the content of network literature,the paper makes a detailed analysis of its Chinese elements,synopsis,storyline and world outlook.On the dissemination channel,it expounds respectively from its content release channel and promotion channel.In terms of audience,it analyzes their identity characteristics and behavior characteristics.In the aspect of communication effect,it analyzes the macro effect and micro effect of the overseas communication of network literature of “Webnovel”.Although “Webnovel” has accumulate a lot of experiences in the process of overseas communication,there are also some problems,including the negative effectsbrought by capital intervention,the deficiency in content,the absence of the role of the author and the decrease of audience caused by overseas pirated websites.The paper puts forward optimization strategies from both macro and micro levels,I hope it would contribute to the future development of network literature overseas.
