Study On The Art Style Of Zhaozuo

In the early Ming Dynasty,for a long period of time,the "courtyard style" and the "Zhejiang style" which had always dominated were relatively prosperous.This situation lasted until the middle of the Ming Dynasty.With the development of economy and the pursuit of individuality by the literati,especially the rise of "wu school" in Suzhou,the traditional literati painting,which inherited and developed the spirit of Yuan people's painting,gradually replaced the "courtyard style" as the mainstream of painting development.In the late Ming Dynasty,many famous artists emerged and set up their own homes.Among them,the "Hua Tingpai" represented by Dong Qichang and Gu Zhengyi,and the "Susong" led by Zhao Zuo and the "Yunjian" founded by Shen Shichong also have great influence.Zhao Zuo is the leader of the "Su Song School" landscape painting.Although he learned from the ancients,he still has his own laws.It was an open secret at that time that Zhao Zuo wrote for Dong Qichang,which can reflect Zhao Zuo's painting level to be reckoned with.This article introduces Zhao Zuo's teachers and the style of his paintings.Through comparative study and analysis of Zhao Zuo's paintings,I have benefited greatly from Zhao Zuo's learning experience and pen and ink language.I have applied the knowledge I learned to my graduation creation,thus enriching my painting language.
