Research On Protection Of Intangible Cultural Heritage Of Traditional Drama In Hebei Province

Intangible cultural heritage is a true witness of the historical and cultural achievements of a country and a nation,and it is also a cultural resource of great value.China has always thought highly of the protection of intangible cultural heritage and achieved remarkable results.It has formulated a "national + provincial + city + county" level 4 non-heritage protection system and has unearthed a large number of outstanding traditional drama non-heritage projects.China's traditional drama has a long history,rich variety of plays,and a large variety of repertoire.It is the crystallization of the wisdom of the Chinese people over the ages,with distinct local characteristics and a broad mass base.As a large province of traditional drama resources,with the joint efforts of the government and social forces,a large number of traditional drama non-heritage projects have been excavated.As of the end of 2019,Hebei Province had a total of 34 traditional drama non-heritages selected into the national non-heritage list,and 111 traditional drama non-heritages were selected into the provincial non-heritage list.However,with the changes in the socio-economic structure,the impact of entertainment methods,and the impact of multiculturalism,Hebei's traditional drama non-heritages are faced with the predicament of survival and development,and even the embarrassing situation of extinction.This article is based on cultural ecology theory and multi-center governance theory,and uses research methods such as literature research,questionnaire surveys,field observations,case studies,and interviews.First of all,clarify the current status of the protection of traditional drama non-heritage in Hebei Province.Although some achievements have been made,the establishment of non-heritage protection institutions,the acquisition of special funds for non-heritage heritage,the establishment of non-heritage project directories,and the strengthening of the protection of inheritors.There are common problems such as seriousness,insufficient publicity,reduced audiences,single inheritor training model.In order to make the research more pertinent and practical,we also took the four-string chord in Weixian as a case study object,and deeply understood the current status of the static protection and live transmission of the four-string chord in Weixian.Protection consciousness is weak,lack ofcultural consciousness,inheritor's fault crisis,shrinking rural performance market and other personality issues.On this basis,the reasons for inadequate training of traditional drama talents,lack of systematic publicity planning,outdated repertoire creation,difficulty in resonating,and incomplete policies and regulations in the performance market were severely affected and restricted the effectiveness of the Weixian Four Strings protection.By analyzing the common problems,individuality problems and reasons for the problems in the protection of traditional drama intangible heritage in Hebei Province,the author puts forward the suggestions of protection of traditional drama intangible heritage in Hebei Province: strengthening the cultivation of traditional drama heritage;Further increase publicity efforts;actively guide social forces to train professional theater actors;strengthen the training of talents in drama creation,and realize drama innovation.
