Study On The Intangible Cultural Heritage In Hebei Province

Intangible cultural heritage is an important part of human cultural heritage, it has aprofound historical accumulation and distinct national characteristics, it is the lifeblood ofnational culture. Intangible cultural heritage has important cultural value, historical value andspiritual value.The inheritance and development of Intangible cultural heritage has an importantmeaning to the protection of human cultural diversity and the revitalization of the Chinesenation culture, at the same time,it is the inherent requirement of improve China’s internationalstatus, promoting national culture soft strength and promoting harmonious socialism,promoting the construction of spiritual civilization and promoting cultural construction.Although the intangible cultural heritage protection work throughout the country hasmade remarkable achievements, but the prospects of the inheritance and development ofintangible Cultural Heritage are still not optimistic. Many of the intangible cultural heritage isfacing the danger of fading away, the die is the essence of encroachment on national culture,national culture, national character once the extinction would be dead. China is rich inintangible cultural heritage, is the civilization of5000years of culture, science, sustainableinheritance and development of the intangible cultural heritage is the inheritance anddevelopment of Chinese civilization. How to do this work, has become a serious problem infront of us.This paper discusses the inheritance and development of the intangible cultural heritageof Hebei province from the perspective of the collaborative governance, introduces the currentsituation of the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage of Hebei Province,analyzes six outstanding problems of the inheritance and development of the intangiblecultural heritage of Hebei province,and analyses the reasons of these problems。At last, thispaper discusses the collaborative governance mechanism of the inheritance and developmentof intangible cultural heritage in Hebei province from seven aspects includes legislationsafeguard, consciousness cultivation, heritage management, Multiple collaborative, fundingprofile, incentive mechanism, talents cultivation.
