| As is known to all,sports dance has a variety of functions or values such as fitness,cultural life and artistic appreciation.With the increasing of competition activities,training a large number of high-level referee team has become an urgent task.Although dancesport players are the main force in the competition,the main object of attention,but the performance of the judges in the competition,their ability to judge is also an important factor affecting the success of the competition.With the increasing popularity of dancesports,the appreciation ability of the audience is also improving.The audience not only pays attention to the athletes,but also pays attention to the performance of the dancesport judges and their behavior and moral quality.The competition among sports dancers is more and more intense,the venue layout is more and more beautiful,the crowd is more and more,the change of these competition environment invisibly increases the power and pressure of the referee.In order to judge the performance of the players accurately,the judges should not only have the first-class judgment knowledge,but also have a good psychological quality.The personality of the referee is one of the important factors affecting the formation of psychological quality.Personality,also known as personality,mainly refers to the behavior of each person.It can not only affect the understanding of the rules,and even the control of the judging criteria,but also affect the impartiality of the judging.There are reports on the research achievements of other projects of this kind,but the report achievements of dancesport project are rare,and the theoretical research achievements of dancesport referees are even less common.The research object of this paper is the personality characteristics of excellent dancesport referees in China and their relationship with gender,age,education,judge grade,judge experience and other factors.The investigation was conducted on the dancesport referees of grade 1 or above who were registered under the attribute of China dancesport federation and had the annual qualification certificate.Relevant data were collected by the questionnaire of influencing factors of personality characteristics of excellent judges in dancesport and the eysenck personality test questionnaire.To understand the current situation and achievements of previous researches and summarize the theoretical basis;The expert interview method was used to collect experts' opinions on the subject and to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.The latest version of Excel 2016 was used to input data,and all data were statistically analyzed under the SPSS25.0 system.By using the logical analysis method of classification,induction and comparative analysis,this paper studies the personalitycharacteristics of excellent judges of dancesport in China and their relationship with such factors as gender,age,education level,judge grade and judge experience.The research results are as follows:1.The overall personality of China's excellent judges of dancesport belongs to the neutral level.They are emotionally stable at work and most of them tend to be extroverted.Among them,male judges have stronger social adaptability than the general population.The male referee was honest,direct,outgoing and cheerful.They feel a certain amount of anxiety in the face of referee work and may have a stronger emotional response to stimuli.Compared with the general population,female judges are more demanding on things,take the initiative to care for others,and have a higher degree of psychological tendency to be critical of things.2.Age,gender,referee level,length of tenure,education level and family environment are all influencing factors of personality characteristics of dancesport referees.There is no difference between the judge's grade and the judge's educational background and the judge's personality.In the family environment,the dependence and support degree of the female referee on the family is obviously higher than that of the male referee.There is no difference between the family financial status and the referee's grade.3.The higher the level of the referee,the lower the degree of emotional influence from the outside;The temperament types of the excellent dancesport referees in China are mainly of the character of bile,with the characteristics of extroversion,high excitability,high energy and quick response.Advice:1.Eysenck personality questionnaire is accurate and simple for personality assessment.It can be used as the personality identification index to evaluate dancesport judges.It is suggested that the tournament organizer and the management should use the questionnaire to test the personality characteristics of each referee after the selected referees report.In order to timely diagnose the referee's decision psychology,to prevent the occurrence of bad phenomenon in advance.2.Referees with different personality characteristics are likely to become international referees.Every referee should know his own character.Various personality traits also have strengths and weaknesses.To carry forward the advantages and overcome the shortcomings is an urgent problem for every referee.3.There is no correlation between personality characteristics and executive judgment ability and the social response of executive judgment.It is the basic requirement to know the meaning of the referee correctly,understand the rules of the referee accurately,and show theirown personality in the natural situation.Only by doing their own work well can each judge purify the competition environment of Chinese dancesport and contribute to the healthy development of Chinese dancesport cause.4.No matter what personality characteristics each referee belongs to,he will be more or less disturbed by the external environment.It is suggested that after the report,each referee should avoid discussing the situation of contestants among the referees,reduce the psychological interference of on-the-spot scoring,so as to give full play to his own judgment ability and personality. |
