| On the one hand,the construction of the 1-3 grade assessment index system of Chinese DanceSport referees can meet the needs of management and supervision departments of various levels of Chinese DanceSport referees,and is conducive to creating a fair environment for DanceSport competitions.On the other hand,it is conducive to the improvement of the individual ability of the referee,thus strengthening the overall level of the referee team.The establishment of the evaluation index of referees can better understand the professional knowledge of dancesport and the standards of referees in the process of refereeing of different grades.Therefore,it is extremely important to construct the evaluation index system of 1-3 grades of referees.In this paper,research methods such as literature,expert interview,Delphi method,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics are adopted to collect specific implementation methods of the examination and approval work of 1-3 level referees training and assessment in China at the present stage.And the specific task of referees of different grades in our country at present.On this basis,the Delphi method was used to seek expert opinions,and the indicators were processed,deleted and optimized with statistical methods while absorbing expert opinions,so as to establish a set of Chinese Dancesport 1-3 grade assessment index system.In addition,exploratory factor analysis was used to extract the principal components of the assessment indicators.The main research results are as follows:1.Based on Delphi method,experts preliminarily constructed the 1-3 level evaluation index system for dancesport referees,which consisted of 18 indicators for third-level referees,19 indicators for second-level referees and 22 indicators for first-level referees:Through confirmatory factor analysis,the framework of the index system was optimized,and 3 third-level indicators,3 second-level indicators and 5 first-level indicators were deleted,which made the original framework of the index system more reasonable.Finally,15 third-level indicators,16 second-level indicators and 17 first-level indicators were obtained.2.Learned through the analysis of the validation of temper indicators "sports dance judge management method",the world sports dance association referee code of conduct and ethical standards on top,all kinds of music,dance basic rhythms and duration,and sports dance competition of basic evaluation elements and the evaluation method and CDSF technology 1-7 combination in each grade referees in the highest weighting.Advice:1.According to the development needs of dancesport competitions,the evaluation system of dancesport referees should be improved With the continuous development of dancesport,it is necessary to establish a sound referee training system,encourage dancesport referees to adopt the national unified assessment content and assessment methods,and eliminate the differences in the assessment and approval work caused by regions.2.Raise the threshold of examination and approval for 1-3 level referees With the increase of DanceSport events,the demand for referees is also increasing.Therefore,the qualification of referees should be added to improve the construction of referees’ team.We will encourage diversified assessment and approval methods and focus on practical aspects.According to the evaluation indexes of DanceSport referees,the diversified assessment methods are constructed.3.Due to the limitation of the length of this study,the influencing factors of referees’ decision were not taken into consideration in many aspects.In the follow-up study,diversified assessment and approval methods for referees can be encouraged by referring to this study,and the practical aspects should be emphasized. |
