Research On Mongolian Rice Planting And Processing Techniques And Customs In Ordos

"Research on Mongolian rice planting and processing techniques and customs in ordos--a case study of wuxian banner" was written based on field survey data in wuxian banner of ordos on the basis of reference records and previous research results.The thesis consists of introduction,three chapters,conclusion,references and appendix.The introduction includes research overview,purpose of topic selection and research methods.The first chapter,the cultivation of ordos Mongolian m historical heritage and culture management skill,is grown in the interpretation of the ordos Mongolian meters of historical heritage and cultural field management skills,on the basis of the cultivation of ordos Mongolian footprints,Mongolia metres species,planting field of Mongolia m way,management of Mongolia m skill and so on four aspects has carried on the detailed analysis in this paper.In chapter two,in the process of harvesting and processing ordos Mongolian rice technique,the harvesting and processing techniques of ordos Mongolian rice are divided into two parts for analysis.The third chapter,ordos Mongolian m related customs,from ordos Mongolian rice planting culture custom and processing for skill two aspects in the process of analysis,such as harvest from Mongolia rice planting culture custom,custom storage,processing and use custom,receive guests eating customs,customs,sacrifice custom,used in the practice of health care and so on six aspects has carried on the detailed analysis discussion.Conclusion,summarizes the ordos Mongolian rice growing footprint,varieties,cultivation mode,cultivation technique,ready to harvest,harvest process,processing techniques,storage,eat,entertain,sacrifice,medical and other customs on the basis of the thought,first of all,the Mongolian meters,as one of the ordos with traditional characteristics of food,not only in plant processing and use of the whole process of inheritance,carry forward the traditional culture of the important factors at the same time,it should follow the rules of the development of the change.Furthermore,by studying the cultivation and processing techniques and customs of "ordos Mongolian rice" in wuxian banner,it will have certain reference value for protecting,inheriting and carrying forward the unique agricultural production knowledge of Mongolian people in the animal husbandry production environment.
