Before the British colonists dominated the Indian subcontinent, there was no clear demarcation in the Pamir and the Karakoram mountains in China, but there was a traditional customary line,Among them, the kingdom of kanjuti is a vassal of China, and regularly pays tribute to Kashgar. In the late 1840 s,the British East India Company defeated the Sikh Empire and became the overlord of the Indian subcontinent.Later, the British colonists introduced the strategy of "scientific frontier",which attempted to invade the territory of other countries, including China,to satisfied their colonial interests in India, and then established a "British Empire" based on India to colonize Asia and Africa. In the above context, the British colonists took these aggressive measures in the above areas: first, plotting to draft the “Johnson line” and illegally drawing the Chinese territory of Aksai Chin into the map of Kashmir.Second, plot to draft the “Ardagh line” and illegally draw large areas of territory from Kunlun mountain to Karakoram mountain in Xinjiang into Kashmir map.Third, plot to draft the “MacartneyMacDonald line”,illegally transfer the Chinese territory of kanjuti into the map of Kashmir, and prepare to start negotiations with China.Fourth, plot to draft other plans, such as the “Curzon plan”.The British colonists' work and conspiracy on the above maps left endless troubles, not only lay the seeds of the border dispute between China and Kashmir, but also made the issue of the ownership of Kashmir complex. In 1947,the partition of India and Pakistan resulted in the outbreak of the Kashmir dispute between India and Pakistan. As a result, the border issue between China and Kashmir has evolved into the border issue between China and Pakistan and the western part of the border issue between China and India. This historical phenomenon is worth pondering. We should take history as a mirror to reflect on the current practices of the Indian government in Kashmir.
