Research On The Current Situation And Development Of Sports Dance Competition In Jiangxi Province

The ideal way to promote the development of sports dance is the development of sports competition.From the perspective of the whole country,China has a fixed competition mode,that is,the competition of China Sports Dance Federation,the sub station competition of five cities,the final at the end of the year,plus the annual National Sports Dance Championship of the highest level,known as the "5 + 2" mode.In Jiangxi Province,the main sports dance competition is Jiangxi sports dance competition.It is an official event organized by the Provincial Sports Dance Association,and also the leader of the development of sports dance in Jiangxi Province.It directly connects with the national series of events,affecting the training competition of colleges and training institutions in Jiangxi Province.Jiangxi sports and dance association holds sports and dance competitions in Jiangxi Province regularly in May every year,which promotes the sustainable development of the industry.Therefore,the research on sports and dance competitions in Jiangxi Province can not only explore the current situation of the development of sports and dance competitions in Jiangxi Province,but also promote the sustainable development of sports and dance competitions in Jiangxi Province to a certain extent,and create sports and dance competitions with Jiangxi characteristics Style,to provide a theoretical basis for reference.This paper uses the research methods of literature,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis,interview and questionnaire survey to analyze the 2011-2018 Jiangxi Sports Dance Championships,explore the current situation of Jiangxi sports dance competitions from all aspects,and rationally analyze the existing problems and deficiencies,so as to put forward suggestions for the development of Jiangxi sports dance competitions,and strive to serve Jiang Western province to better develop sports dance events to provide some basis and theoretical basis.The results show that:1.Jiangxi Province has developed sports dance competition for more than 20 years.At present,it has certain scale effect and mass basis,strong organization ability and high organization level.However,due to the inadequate management system,lack of funds and lack of professional team athletes,the number of participants has been flat or even declining since 2012.2.The professional level of referees is not enough,and there is an imbalance between men and women.3.The coaches are young and professional,but the teaching level is uneven and the management system is not standardized.4.The number of competition groups is not balanced.The number of competition groups in the Latin group is much higher than that in the modern group.5.The promotion channels of the event are not enough,and the promotion efforts need to be strengthened.The promotion methods of the event can be diversified.To sum up,the main problems faced by Jiangxi sports dance competition are: the management system is not perfect;the capital investment is not enough;the participants and the participating projects are unreasonable;the referee system is not perfect,some teachers,coach teams are lacking,and the promotion ability of the competition is weak.According to the conclusion,the development countermeasures are as follows: overall planning,improve the management system;transfer funds for special projects,increase capital injection;strengthen the professional ability of the school players;make scientific training plans: vigorously introduce professional compound talents;increase the brand publicity of the event,expand the publicity path,connect with the network,and promote the event in an all-round way.
