Analysis And Development Countermeasures Of Sports Dance Championships In Hunan Province In 2017

As a new sport,sports dance is popular with the masses because of its unique characteristics of competition,performance and appreciation.As people's material and cultural life became richer and richer,sports and dance competitions began to be widely held throughout the country.Hunan sports dance tournament is one of the most popular and highest level sports dance competitions in Hunan province.After more than 20 years of development,we have some experience and mature competition mode,but there are still some urgent problems to be solved.Competition organization planning needs to be rigorous;The competition management system needs to be improved.Media coverage needs to be strengthened.Therefore,it is necessary to study the tournament.In this paper,using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the present situation and problems of the 2017 Hunan Sports Dance Championships are studied and analyzed.1.Looking at the development of Hunan Provincial Sports Dance Championships for more than 20 years has formed a more stable competition mode.However,there are still some problems that can not be ignored: the polarization of the competition project,the weak development of the standard dance project,the imbalance in the proportion of men and women participating in the competition,the unreasonable setting of the group items,the overall quality of the referees,and the lack of competition promotion.2.From the perspective of the type and geographical distribution of the participating teams,the types of participating teams are single,mainly amateur training institutions,and the geographical distribution is uneven.They mainly come from better cities such as Changsha,Zhuzhou,and Zhangzhou in Hunan Province.There are fewer teams participating in some areas such as Xiangxi where sports dance is less developed.3.From the point of view of the participants: mainly children,the proportion of men and women is unbalanced,making the number of people participating in the women's singles competition large,testing the learning results is the biggest motivation for the players to participate in the competition.4.From the situation of team coaches,they generally tend to be young,their academic qualifications are mainly specialties,and their theoretical level is relatively weak.Most of them are Latin dance coaches,and there are few coaches who can teach standard dance.The proportion of male and female coaches is unbalanced,and there are many female teachers,which has a certain influence on the teaching of sports dance.5.From the situation of participating referees,mainly the coaches of various training institutions in the province,there are fewer professional referees,and the referees arerelatively young in general,but the length of the award is longer,and there is a wealth of experience in the execution of the award;The current rules of the sports dance competition in Hunan Province are not perfect.The referees mainly rely on subjective consciousness to evaluate the players.The impartiality of the judges is widely concerned by everyone.6.From the perspective of the characteristics of the development of the event: the selection of the Hunan Provincial Sports Dance Team,the holding of mobile events,and the association with international competitions have all added points of view to the competition.However,the competition lacks market-based means of operation,insufficient publicity,and fewer sources of funding.It has a certain influence on the development of the event.
