A Study On The Development Of The Cultural Creative Industry In Northeast China

The collision of intelligent innovation and high technology in the 21 st century has produced a cultural creative industry with new core competitiveness.There are incomparable advantages for cultural creative industry over other industries in terms of intelligence,knowledge-based and high value-added.The cultural creative industry is rapidly becoming a new economic growth point of various countries integrating economic and social benefits.As a traditional agricultural and heavy industry production base,the economic and cultural construction and development of the Northeastern region is extremely unbalanced.In addition,the development of cultural and creative industries in the three northeastern provinces is now in such a dilemma for the lack of experience in the development of cultural industries.This paper deeply studied the cultural creative industry in Northeast China from the following five parts.The first part was the introduction,which briefly overviews the background of the research,expounds the significance of theoretical research,and summarizes the research methods and research framework.The second part clarified the concept and connotation from the theoretical perspective,differentiating and analyzing the confusing concepts of cultural industry,creative industry and cultural creative industry.It laid a theoretical foundation for further research.The third part completed a macro analysis of the development status of northeast cultural creative industry by citing the big data in China statistical yearbook 2018,including the current situation of cultural resources in northeast China,the realistic scale of northeast cultural and creative industry,and the regional performance of northeast cultural and creative industry.Based on the above data analysis,SWOT(full name)analysis method was used to analyze the problems in the development of northeast cultural and creative industry.In the fourth part,according to the characteristics of high integration of cultural and creative industries,the micro-development trend of northeast cultural and creative industries was reflected through the integration with specific industries.By studying the development of northeast traditional handicraft industry in innovation mode,industrialization mode,integration of new media and other aspects,this paper explained the development trend of northeast cultural creative industry in deep integration of other industries,and summarized the problems exposed in the development of northeast cultural creative industry at the micro level.The fifth part was the part of problem solving and the part of the conclusion.Aiming at the problems discovered in the third chapter(macro)and the fourth chapter(micro),the corresponding countermeasures for the future development of northeast cultural creative industry have been put forward.The original intention of this study is to explore the problems inherent in the development of cultural and creative industries in the three provinces of Northeast China and the problems arising in the new situation.The corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for improvement were put forward,hoping to provide valuable references for the development of cultural and creative industries in the new period of Northeast China,and help the revitalization of the old industrial base of Northeast China.
