Research On The Ecological System Development Of Cultural And Creative Industries In Northeast China

Culture is the important measure of national competitiveness,as well as the important impetus to promote economic development.Under the situation of world economic integration,traditional industries have been particularly forced to transform,and the emerging industries represented by cultural and creative industries have emerged as the times of development and have broad development space.Since the strategic task of the "12th five-year plan" to propose cultural powers,the development of the cultural industry has become more and more valuable all over the country,becoming an important indicator of regional and national economic development.The rich cultural resources,long history and vast black land in northeast China provide hardware support for the development of cultural and creative industries.In recent years,the northeast region has actively responded to the call of the state to vigorous development of the cultural industry,promulgating and implementing many policies and measures,and the development of culture and creative industries in northeast China has achieved initial results.At the same time,we should pay attention to the problems and deficiencies in the process of developing cultural and creative industries.Culture consciousness is weak,the number of absence of policy implementation,talent structure is not reasonable,lack of propaganda,supporting facilities construction does not reach the designated position,cultural products and service characteristic are not obvious,lacking of competitiveness in hinder the development of cultural creative industries in northeast China.Facing the opportunity and challenge,it is very important to realize the transformation of traditional industries and develop cultural and creative industries with the advantage of resource advantages.Therefore,it sums up the development of cultural creative industries in northeast China the status quo and existing problems of help to a comprehensive understanding of the development of cultural creative industries in northeast China,by the cultural creative industries in northeast China and evaluating the competitiveness of the ecological system.To find out the key indicators affecting the development of cultural creative industries in northeast China,it puts forward the development strategy of the culturalcreative industries in northeast China accordingly,so as to enhance the level of cultural creative industry development in northeast China.This paper explores the development of cultural and creative industries in northeast China through the combination of quantitative and qualitative,empirical and normative research methods.First of all,the related research results of cultural creative industry and cultural creative industry ecosystem are reviewed,and relevant concepts and theoretical foundations of creative industries are clarified.And then,in cultural creative industry development in northeast China,on the basis of current situation and existing problems,by building a culture creative industry ecological system in the northeast of the evaluation index system,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and computer software Super Decision of the competitiveness of the northeast culture creative industry ecosystem evaluation and analysis has been used.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of cultural creative industry in northeast China.
