In accordance with the national slogan of "educating people with culture and aesthetics",children's Chinese dance has ushered in a new development prospect.Facing the vigorous development of children's Chinese dance,more efficient and scientific training methods are needed to improve the completion quality of its rotation skills.Therefore,this study mainly adopted the experimental method,and selected 30 young Chinese dance girls from China children's center as the experimental subjects.It will be widely used in the balance training in the field of sports and introduced into the teaching of children's Chinese dance rotation skills.The experimental and control classes were randomly selected for 12 weeks of training on balance and rotation skills.Among them,the experimental class mainly adopts balance training as an auxiliary exercise in the teaching of rotation skills,while the control class follows the routine classroom training.Before and after the experiment,the balance ability test and rotation skill test were carried out for the experimental class and the control class respectively,and then the effects of the two training methods were compared.This paper demonstrates the influence of balance training on their rotation skills,and provides theoretical basis for future training,and further enriches the means to improve the rotation skills of young Chinese dance girls.The specific experimental results and conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Both the teaching of rotation skills with balance training and the teaching of conventional rotation skills can effectively develop the balance ability of Chinese dancing girls aged 9-12,among which the teaching of rotation skills with balance training is better than the teaching of conventional rotation skills.The specific performance in the left and right eye closed single foot standing,standing on the left and right single foot front foot,closed eyes in place marking all show a high significant difference.2.The teaching of rotation skills with balance training can significantly improve the score of the offset Angle of the center of gravity of the horizontal rotation and the score of the horizontal rotation technology,and the training effect is better than the teaching of conventional rotation skills.Specific performance in the horizontal(left)center of gravity left and right deviation Angle,center of gravity before and after deviation Angle and horizontal(right)center of gravity left and right deviation Angle,center of gravity before and after deviation Angle and horizontal(left and right)center of gravity deviation Angle and technical score of horizontal(left and right).3.The teaching of rotation skills with the addition of balance training improved the left and right deviation Angle,front and back deviation Angle and the technical score of leg suction rotation for young Chinese dance girls,and the results of post-test were significantly different from the results of pre-test.However,the data comparison between the experimental class and the control class after the experiment showed that there was a significant difference between the deviation Angle of the center of gravity before and after the leg suction rotation(left and right)and that of the control class.The mean deviation Angle of the center of gravity of the experimental class was lower than that of the control class,and there was no significant difference.4.According to the experiment,the completion quality of the rotation skill is affected by its own balance ability.The improvement of the balance ability test indexes has a very positive effect on the center of gravity deviation Angle and the score of the rotation skill.
