The Latin dance balance technique refers to the effective control of the center of gravity of Latin dance students when they complete the stable performance of the basic footwork, rotation, and double-fitting posture. The mastery of Latin dance balancing techniques has a positive effect on the improvement of students' dance performance and the stability of the competition. If the teaching of balance techniques and abilities is neglected in the teaching of Latin dance,it will lead to the occurrence of students' physical center of gravity, posture, rhythm processing, and poor control of dance performance. At the same time,it will result in the phenomenon of poor learning efficiency. The improvement of technology requires good physical fitness and physical fitness as the basis, and the sensitive period of development of physical fitness is in the period of 6 to 10 years. It is therefore imperative to establish children's ability to effectively sense and control physical basic and complex technologies during this period. That is,the balance of technology.Effectively selecting suitable auxiliary devices for training is an effective means of improving the balance and related qualities of teaching and training. The application of BOSU trainer has a positive effect on students' body shape stability control, special physical quality improvement, coordination of various body parts, and coordination of body and mind coordination.Currently,BOSU ball training is integrated into Latin dance special projects. The research on balancing technology teaching is still in its infancy and does not highlight the characteristics of the Latin dance project. Therefore, this study attempts to explore the impact of BOSU ball training on the balance techniques of children' s Latin dance students, with a view to provide ideas for the development of teaching and training aids for Latin dance techniques and to provide reference for the children' s Latin dance teaching and training. This study used literature methods, expert interviews, questionnaire, teaching experiments, and statistical methods to study the important values, technical characteristics, and influencing factors of balance technology in Latin dance performance, including using a heart rate tester to analyze the effects of BOSU training on students' physical and psychological.Combined with the characteristics of the BOSU device and the features of the Latin dance,a set of training methods to improve the special balance ability of Latin dance was designed to conduct theoretical demonstration and practical analysis. The 12-week BOSU ball-assisted trainingintervention for young Latin dance students analyzed various indicators before and after the experiment.Compared with the control group, the students in the experimental group showed significant differences(P<0.01)in both high-legged and single-legged standing. The students in the experimental group had significantly higher scores than those in the control group, indicating that BOSU training was effective.Improve the balance of children's Latin dance students.Compared with the control group, the Latin Dance balance technique showed significant difference(p<0.01),which showed that the speed ball training can effectively improve the students ' level of balance in Latin dance. It can be used to establish the whole concept of dancing, strengthen the cohesion of the core muscle group, and effectively regulate the respiration state and mental stability ability. The design of BOSU assisted children' s Latin dance balancing technique training method embodies the principle of special technology diversification, the principle of children' s physical and mental developmental awareness, the principle of gradual ordering of combinatorial arrangements, and the principle of rational exercise load.
