In this paper, the qin culture tombs in xi 'an are comprehensively sorted out and divided into six periods and ten periods through typology analysis. The first period is the late spring and autumn period. The second period is the early period of the warring states period. The third period is the middle and early period of the warring states period. The fourth period was the middle and late period of the warring states period. The fifth period is the late warring states period. The sixth period is divided into two periods: the early period is the unification period of the qin dynasty, and the late period is the late period of the qin dynasty and the early period of the han dynasty.Based on the division of stages and ages, this paper discusses the absorption and reference of the surrounding cultures and the continuation of their own cultural traditions by the qin people in the middle and late warring states period. After the middle and late period of the warring states period, the customs of qin tombs and burial seals died out, which may be related to the collapse of qin ritual system and the rise of qin people's own consciousness. After the late warring states period, double cave tomb appeared in guanzhong area. This paper analyzes the shape, structure and age of double cave tomb, and thinks that double cave tomb is a kind of intentional design, which may be related to the genus of the qin people.
