General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the era and urgency of doing a good job in the work of morality education at the Beijing University Teacher-Student Symposium on May 2,2018.This is also the only way for China's education development.Under the guidance and call of the idea of "Morality Education",school education has opened a new chapter.The transformation of teacher-student relationship has become the key to current education reform,respecting students' subject status and cultivating students' subjective consciousness.Rethinking the relationship of life naturally becomes the meaning of the reform.In order to alleviate the negative factors affecting students' stress and anxiety in language learning,high school English teaching should establish a harmonious and relaxed learning environment.It turns out that having a good teacher-student relationship is conducive to the creation of a harmonious teaching environment.Therefore,it is of great significance to construct a harmonious teacher-student relationship in high school English classroom teaching.This research uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to carry out the study of harmonious teacher-student relationship in high school English classroom teaching and takes 38 teachers and pick 130 students in 60 classes at random of K high school as research subject,aiming to find out the current problems in the teacher-student relationship in high school English classroom teaching.It analyzes the causes of the problems as well as puts forward some constructive and effective strategies for the improvement of the teacher-student relationship in high school English classroom teaching.The contents of this study is mainly divided into the following aspects: 1.Investigate and study the current situation and the existing problems of K high school in teacher-student relationship in high school English classroom teaching.2.Analyze the causes of existing problems of K high school in teacher-student relationship in high school English classroom teaching.3.In view of these problems of K high school in teacher-student relationship,the effective strategies are put forward to create a harmonious and relaxed learning atmosphere as well as to improve the teaching quality in high school English classroom teaching.The research shows that the teacher-student relationship in high school English classroom teaching mainly has the following problems: the teacher's student view is obviously lagging behind,the teacher's educational concept is relatively old,the student's subjectivity is seriously suppressed,and there is a lack of flexible communication between teachers and students.The contradiction of the relationship has gradually deepened.To build a harmonious teacher-student relationship in high school English classroom teaching,we need to start from the following aspects: First,strengthen the emotional experience of teachers and students "coherent";Second,create a harmonious teacher-student "symbiosis" education scenario;Third,build a good environment for teachers and students to "create together";Fourth,to create a spiritual world of "sharing" between teachers and students.This research aims to provide some valuable reference suggestions for promoting the development of China's basic education reform.
