The poster is a kind of notice,which has a long history in China.From the pre-Qin period to the Ming dynasty,officials issued many kinds of titles to the public.Due to the different carriers of the notices in different historical periods and the different ways of their release,their appellations have also changed.After the han dynasty and before the Ming dynasty,there were many kinds of titles for official announcements,and besides the emperor,all the government departments and local officials,people in the Wei,Jin,southern and northern dynasties could even issue posters.In this paper,the core of the research is to collect nearly 90 lists of historical records of the Hongwu dynasty through various literature searches.The main purpose is to collect and sort out the lists published during the Hongwu period of the Ming dynasty as comprehensively as possible by reading various historical documents.The collected articles of Hongwu were classified and systematized according to the categories of ruling people,army and officials.Paper tries to make a comprehensive overview of the legal status and characteristics of Hongwu's posters,and compares and studies the important posters with the then Ming dynasty law,so as to explore the legal status of Hongwu's posters at that time.This paper is divided into four parts,introduction and three chapters.The introduction introduces the significance of topic selection,comments on the current relevant research and the research space.The first chapter first carries on the explanation to the related concept of the poster;Secondly,the paper introduces the origin and development of the Hongwuinscription and the legislative background and purpose of the Hongwu dynasty inscription.Finally,the author classifies Hongwu's list according to its source,time,and release department,and then discusses the release procedures and issues related to the publication of Hongwu's list.The second chapter is the study of the specific provisions of the list.In the early Hongwu period,the emphasis was to pacify the refugees after the war and to develop the economy.In the middle and late period,the emphasis was gradually shifted to emphasizing agriculture and suppressing commerce,straightening the people and maintaining the social hierarchy.Running the army pays close attention to the preferential treatment of servicemen,rectification of military discipline and statement of military law;In the early stage,it was to prevent meritocratic officials from relying on bad laws.In the middle and late stage,it gradually focused on combating official corruption,malfeasance and economic crimes,so as to strengthen warning education for officials.The third chapter mainly discusses the practical application of the articles of Hongwu.This paper discusses the relationship between the posters of Hongwu and the then law of Da Ming,the legal status of the posters,the characteristics of the posters,the issuing procedures of different types of posters,and the problems of relief exposed in the process of Posting the posters.The publishing right of the post was restricted to Zhu Yuanzhang,who targeted the frequent illegal ACTS or important events at that time.The scope of adjustment is very wide,civil system,military,household grain,lijia customs and punishment of traitors and stubborn aspects.The promulgation and implementation of the list to some extent made up for the deficiencies of the legal system at that time.It is of great value to study the legislation and law enforcement of the Hongwu dynasty.
