Research On The Protection And Inheritance Of Dong's "Multi-household-made Banquet" Based On Cultural Space Theory

As a concentrated expression of intangible cultural heritage,"Multi-householdmade Banquet" is a typical cultural space.Based on the theory of cultural space,in the framework of cultural space and tourism cultural space analysis,field investigation,in-depth interviews and literature research are used to analyze the intangible cultural heritage of Dong's "Multi-household-made Banquet",and Yan Stockade,Ping Stockade and Ma'an Stockade in Cheng Yang Eight Stockade,San Jiang Dong Autonomous County,are taken as case sites to study the three dimensional interaction and organic system of "people,events and places".From the perspective of the first,this paper probes into the protection,inheritance and innovative development strategies of Dong's "Multi-household-made Banquet".This paper is divided into four parts and seven chapters.The first part is a summary of the origin and basic theories.Chapter One mainly explains the research background from three aspects: national policy,non-legacy value and national culture.This paper reviews the theoretical and empirical research content of cultural space and the research status of "Multi-household-made Banquet" through literature analysis method.Based on the realistic background and research review,the purpose and significance of topic selection research are summarized.Finally,the selection and application of research methods in field research are expounded.Chapter Two mainly expounds the connotation of the core concepts of intangible cultural heritage,Dong's Intangible cultural heritage,Dong's "Multihousehold-made Banquet" and cultural space.The theoretical analysis framework is constructed from the two dimensions of cultural space and cultural tourism space of "Multi-household-made Banquet".The second part is the basic part of the paper.Chapter three is mainly about the general situation of research area and research object.By means of documentary research and field investigation,this paper sorts out the basic information of the case from three aspects: the basic situation of the villages in Cheng Yang Eight Stockade,the development process of tourism and the tourism development pattern of the Dong's "Multi-household-made Banquet".Chapter Four focuses on the analysis of cultural phenomena and spatial interaction in the tourism development process of Dong's "Multi-household-made Banquet" under the framework of cultural space theory,focusing on the three elements of "people,events and places".The third part is the core of the paper,including Chapter Five and Chapter Six.Taking the spatial operation mechanism of Dong's "Multi-household-made Banquet" culture as the analytical framework,Chapter Five focuses on the analysis of the three major protection and inheritance dilemmas faced by "Multi-household-made Banquet" in Cheng Yang Eight Stockade about tourism development: the dilemma of the main body of inheritance in space,the low level of dynasties and interaction,the lack of institutional constraints on the quality of service and the bottleneck of homogeneous competition in the content and form of cultural space,the construction of places and the functions of places.The problems of the incongruity of the style and features of the place and the change of the function of the traditional place,Under the guidance of the problem,Chapter Six puts forward the protection and inheritance strategies of Dong's "Multi-household-made Banquet" : Firstly,to improve the site construction and service environment from three aspects: constructing food safety and hygiene space,improving the environment space of scenic spots and guaranteeing the basic production and living space of residents;secondly,to optimize the spatial interaction mechanism of multi-subjects in "Multi-household-made Banquet" cultural tourism space;thirdly,to innovate tourism.The innovative tourism utilization and innovative development of the cultural space of "Multi-household-made Banquet" can be promoted from the aspects of development and management mode,optimization of the system guarantee system of the cultural space operation of "Multi-householdmade Banquet".The fourth part is the conclusion of the paper,namely the Chapter Seven.The study holds that cultural space is an important field of vision for the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,and as a non-heritage type of cultural space,it is more necessary to introduce the theory of cultural space for theoretical and practical exploration.As far as this research is concerned,it is helpful to broaden the traditional research horizon of "Multi-household-made Banquet",further understand the form,function and content of cultural space as a non-heritage type through "Multi-household-made Banquet",and further clarify the direction and focus of tourism development and the way of protection and inheritance of Dong's "Multihousehold-made Banquet" in practice.
