A Study Of Yanzhenqing’s Regylar Calligraphy

Yan Zhenqing is an important and great figure in the h istory of Chinese calligraphy.His calligraphy is honored as "Yan Ti",which provides a basis and reference for future generations to learn calligraphy.His writing style is unique,rich and solid knotting.Firstly he innovated and transformed on the basis of predecessors.And then he walked out of an era belonging to himself.We need to learn and experience the characteristics and styles of Yan Zhenqing’s calligraphy because he is one symbol of the two peaks in the history of Chinese calligraphy.I absorbed Yan Zhenqing’s regular scriptcalligraphy,such as the aspects of roundness,simplicity,vigorand completeness of pen.They were used for reference in my own calligraphy creation,and I tried to apply them to my own calligraphy creation.I also learned the characteristics of seal script,Li script and Wei stele therefore I hope to make breakthroughs and attempts in my own calligraphy creation.I think that will form some of my own characteristics.
