Classroom interaction is an important part of classroom activities.Effective classroom interaction can not only improve students' language competence,but also help students develop their communicative competence.Interactive teaching can also let the whole boring classroom move,improve students' interest in learning and initiative,in order to better and faster use of language.This paper consists of five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the reasons for the topic,the purpose of the study and the literature review.The second chapter is mainly the introduction of research objects,research methods and research tools.The main content of the third chapter is the use of improved Flanders interaction analysis system of Xinjiang Normal University investigation and analysis of interaction between Chinese classroom,reading,speaking and listening are three classes,each class two teachers,a total of six teachers in the Chinese classroom.The fourth chapter is a comparative analysis of the interaction between the new teachers and the Chinese classroom.The interaction between the two teachers of each class type(novice teachers and experienced teachers)is compared.The fifth chapter according to the above analysis results to analyze the problems and propose solutions: first,adjust the structure,change the two language classroom;classroom interaction;three,change the classroom teaching style;four,to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students;five,to strengthen the effective management of classroom teachers;six,to promote the exchange of experience.
