| Nowadays, most of the traditional teaching methods used in school physical education courses are teaching. It is necessary to introduce a new teaching model to physical education.Physical education courses need to be reformed. This is also the focus of future physical education curriculum development. The introduction of scientific and advanced teaching concepts can greatly improve the enthusiasm of students’ class time, the initiative of learning under the class, and the ability of self-study after school.According to the characteristics of different students, they should try their best to stimulate students’ independence in learning as much as possible.Sex.This requires that we must develop a more scientific teaching program applied to physical education courses, asynchronous teaching method can do this. This teaching mode also focuses on cultivating the development of students’ personality, advocating "overall goals, personal goals" to form a positive learning atmosphere. The purpose of hip-hop dance teaching is to fully exercise students’ physical coordination and control of physical abilities while also nurturing students’ interests. In the familiar teaching we are familiar with,we only emphasize the unified teaching goal, promote all students to complete the same goal, and ignore the differences between students and students because of differences in physical fitness, sports level, and interest in learning..The impact of this is that with the continuous advancement of teaching content, the requirements for students’ physical fitness and overall physical coordination will be higher and higher, and the overall quality of students’ different levels will be different. The better, the poorer students can’t keep up with the two extremes of progress and weariness. Therefore,it is very important to introduce a suitable teaching model in consideration of student differences and individual development. The object of this discussion is the characteristics of street dance teaching itself, and the influence of asynchronous teaching methods on street dance teaching itself.A comparative analysis of the teaching effects of asynchronous teaching method and traditional teaching method in the 16 th grade public sports elective(street dance)class in Xinjiang Normal College was carried out.In the process of using the asynchronous teaching method, the teaching effect has been greatly improved.Through the improvement and change of the student’s professional quality, personal performance and personal achievement, etc.,the use of two different teaching methods in the hip-hop lesson is compared to prove The feasibility of using asynchronous teaching method in the teaching of street dancing elective courses, improving teaching efficiency, and providing reference for street dance teaching practice. The study used the literature data method, data analysis method, and questionnaire survey method;in order to demonstrate the feasibility of asynchronous teaching method in the implementation of street dance elective courses, the theoretical basis was sought from psychology and pedagogy.Through literature, books and other materials, the evaluation method and implementation process of this study were designed.A student questionnaire was distributed among 80 students in two natural classes in the 16 th grade physical education elective(street dance)class in Xinjiang Normal College, and a teaching experiment was conducted to study the 16 th grade physical education elective(street dance)in Xinjiang Normal College.A total of 80 students in the natural class conducted experiments, and the experimental class using the asynchronous teaching method was significantly better than the control class using traditional teaching methods. |
