Teaching ability is one of the most important abilities that physical education students must possess,and the specialties of students majoring in physical education will become the foundation of this kind of students in the future.Sports dance requires men and women to cooperate with each other.Compared with other events,it has its particularity.Therefore,the requirements of teaching ability for students majoring in sports dance should be different from other events.Through the scientific,objective and reasonable evaluation of the teaching ability of the students majoring in physical education major in physical education,we can improve their professional skills and teaching ability continuously during the four-year undergraduate courseThe research object of this study is the research on the construction of the evaluation system of the teaching ability of students majoring in sports dance in physical education.Through questionnaire investigation and expert interview,the first round selection of the preliminary evaluation index system was carried out,and the selected indicators were made into electronic questionnaires.This paper makes a questionnaire survey on the teaching objects of students majoring in sports dance in physical education major,explores the fitness of the questionnaire through exploratory factor analysis,and deletes some indexes by confirmatory factor analysis and obtains the index weight.Finally,the teaching ability of students majoring in physical education dance is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through the research and analysis of the data,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.This paper constructs the evaluation index system of teaching ability of students majoring in physical education dance.The index system is composed of 4first-class indexes,12 second-level indexes and 61 third-level indexes2.By means of confirmatory factor analysis,the weights of the indexes at all levels are obtained.The leading and following ability is the highest in the teaching and practice ability which occupies the largest weight of the whole in the teaching and practice ability,and the highest weight is the ability to master the major movement ability of sports dance in the theory of defining the sports dance in the first-class index.The teaching creation ability occupies the highest weight in the pre-class teaching design ability.3.The fuzzy evaluation method is used to study the teaching ability of students majoring in sports dance in physical education.The evaluation value is excellent,among which the first-class index defines the theoretical ability of sports dance,and the evaluation value is the highest.After-school teaching evaluation and reflection ability is the lowest in the four dimensions.4.By constructing the evaluation index system of teaching ability of students majoring in physical education,the author suggests that teachers should attach importance to the cultivation of students teaching ability.In the process of teaching,according to the evaluation index system,the students teaching ability should be trained,especially the training of teaching ability related to the characteristics of sports dance project,which should be based on the actual situation of various colleges and universities in the process of training.Constantly improve and refine the evaluation index system.
