The geographical location of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is very special,which is not only the core area of the Belt and Road but also the most typical area of multi-ethnic cultural integration.The dialogues and exchanges are neverintermittent between the world's fourcivilizations and the plateau,grasslands and farming culture in Xinjiang.All kinds of music culture lies in all aspects of our life and the music teaching in the colleges and universities is also related to people's lives,because music is originated from people's life or work,folk music is drawn out in life and work.The basis of the study should be rooted in the local national culture and grasp our own symbol system(langue and music).Meanwhile learn and master another kind of music which is different from national music so that cognizecultural diversityroundly and deeply,and understand the pith of these traditional culture.Learning music that is different from the national culture and background,cultivates the ability of double or even multiple in the perception of music through mastery of these cultures more rational use in appreciating music.Because of the unique topography of Xinjiang Normal University in China,the school has unique features,especially in music teaching.Through the research and investigation of the Xinjiang Normal University School of music,this paper teases out and studies the education status of Xinjiang Normal University,analyzes the problems in teaching,objectivelyexpounds the education present situation in Xinjiang Normal University and the characteristics of the national music in Xinjiang,trying to integrate “double sense of music” into music education teaching,which provides certain reference for future teaching research and practice.This paper is divided into six parts: introduction,research content;two,the "double sense of music" the basic concept and the significance of the development of music;three,"double ear" theory at the Xinjiang Normal University implementation of the investigation and analysis of current situation;four,the "double sense of music" in Xinjiang Normal University,the importance of the implementation;five,Xinjiang Normal University,the "double sense of music" practice achievement evaluation;suggestions and Countermeasures of implementing theory of Xinjiang Normal University in six,six," Bi-musicality;conclusion.
