With the advent of the era of globalization,multicultural music education philosophy has become the focus of attention.Taiwan mainly by Taiwanese,Hakka,mainlanders and four Aboriginal culture system composed of diverse ethnic groups,various cultural content in various forms,music education more diversified.And three world music system multi nationalities live together,a variety of religions in Xinjiang,diverse music style,a wide range of features.In 2016,I participate in the selection of Xinjiang Normal University of Hong Kong,Macao and student exchange programs,and had the privilege of studying in Taiwan for a semester.Period in Taiwan,felt both similarities and differences in the music education of Xinjiang and Taiwan,especially in multicultural music education.This literature review,investigation,comparison and other research methods,around the Chinese Culture University of Taiwan multi-cultural music education of Xinjiang Normal University "double ear" comparative study of the teaching and practice.Active exploration in Xinjiang "double ear" theory and practice of education problems and countermeasure has some deeper meaning.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is an introduction.Second part of Taiwan and comparative analysis of historical development of multicultural music education of Xinjiang.Part III for Taiwan's Chinese Culture University and comparative analysis of multi cultural music education of Xinjiang Normal University.Fourth part of multicultural music education between analysis and prospect of multicultural music education of Xinjiang.
