Education and teaching reform in the new era has become the theme and core mission of education in the world.More and more people like art training programs in line with the market demand and social needs.At present,most art schools aim at obtaining the maximum economic benefits and have not yet established a complete development evaluation standard and system.Therefore,how to construct the development assessment system of art schools and promote the development of art schools has become an important issue to be studied and solved urgently.This article uses A art training school as an example to study the construction of school development evaluation system.Firstly,the theory of developmental evaluation index is expounded,The second by using the methods of documentation,expert interview method,analytic hierarchy process and other research methods,based on audit evaluation theory,to review items in the assessment aread,elements and key points are perspectives,taking the key factors that affect the quality of art teaching as the breakthrough point,to build a multi-directional and systematic art school teaching evaluation system,Scientific optimization of teaching evaluation process;Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,to provide reference and Suggestions for the development assessment of art teaching institutions.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,according to the literature and the results of expert interviews,initially developed 5 first-level indicators,25 secondary indicators.Five first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators were screened out by questionnaires of 18 experts on the importance of indicators,the development evaluation index system of art schools has been preliminarily constructed.Secondly,all art schools should establish a comprehensive development assessment content,design evaluation methods scientifically,effectively implement the development assessment process,and reasonably analyze the evaluation effect,so as to evaluate the realization of the training objectives and the improvement of teaching quality of art schools.Thirdly,the formulation of the evaluation system should be based on the teaching characteristics of art schools and the main factors affecting the teaching quality of art schools,combined with the scope of development assessment and the key content of investigation to build the development assessment system of art schools.Strengthen the supervision and self-discipline management of the art industry,and form the operational mechanism of self-restraint,self-motivation and self-improvement.Standardize the industry standards of art schools,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of art schools.It provides a model for the education and related departments to monitor the overall quality of art schools.At the same time,managers can standardize the management and promote the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of art schools.
