A Study Of Yue Fei Opera Text In Qing Dynasty

As a General of Southern Song Dynasty's Resistance Against the Jin Dynasty,Yue Fei is a well-known national hero of the Chinese people.For hundreds of years,operas based on Yue Fei's story have been active on the stage.The ancient Yue Fei drama originated in the Song and Yuan Dynasties and experienced continuous evolution in several dynasties.Its connotation was constantly enriched,and it reached its peak in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.Since the beginning of the Qing Dynasty,after the opera art undergoes change,the local drama became popular,and Yue Fei opera in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China also had new characteristics of the times and regions.As far as the study of Yue Fei's opera in the Qing Dynasty is concerned,the current research mainly focuses on classic works,especially the literati opera.There is very little research on Yue Fei's opera in local drama,and it is mostly limited to Peking opera.In fact,the Yue Fei opera in the local drama can be described as a hundred flowers blooming.Among them,the Sichuan Opera Yue Fei opera,as an important part of the Sichuan opera repertoire system,has played a significant role in disseminating historical and cultural knowledge to the people,celebrating national heroes,and promoting the spirit of patriotism.Yue Fei,a Sichuan opera produced in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China,is rich in drama,self-contained,and of high research value.Therefore,this article intends to focus on the texts of the Yue Fei opera in the Qing dynasty,and divides them into two types of research objects:Yue Fei opera and the Sichuan opera Yue Fei opera.Based on the collection of the Yue Fei opera in the Qing dynasty as much as possible,it combines the specific era,society and Political factors sorted out issues such as the production and storage of Yue Fei opera texts in the Qing Dynasty;and then took the theme,content,and creative techniques of the specific works as the starting point,and then conducted in-depth research and analysis of the Yue Fei opera texts in the Qing Dynasty as a whole.The detailed structural arrangement of this article is composed of three parts.The introduction explains the research significance of this topic.Then,it reviews the research results of Yue Fei's drama in two parts: the study of human drama and local drama,and briefly clarifies the conceptual issues involved in this article.The main text is divided into three chapters.The first chapter summarizes the development source and general situation of the Yue Fei opera in the Qing Dynasty,and sorts out the existence of the script.The second chapter focuses on the Yue Fei opera created by the traditional literati in the Qing Dynasty,and uses specific plots as clues.The literati plays are compared;the third chapter mainly uses the Yue opera of Sichuan Opera as an example to explore the creation of Yue Fei in the local drama of Qing Dynasty.The concluding part briefly summarizes and evaluates the overall situation of Yue Fei opera creation in Qing Dynasty.
