Historical Investigation Of Land Reform In Taixi Area Of Shandong Province(1940-1951)

The process of land reform in Taixi area lasted for several years.The Communists led the villagers to carry out this movement earlier.From the "red may" grain borrowing movement in 1940 to the series of rent and interest reduction movements in the Anti Japanese War,to the land reform movement in the liberation war,and finally completed the land reform at the beginning of the founding of the people’s Republic of China.Based on the previous research results,the collected historical records and other references,this paper attempts to investigate this long historical process.The main body is divided into five parts.The first part(i.e.Chapter 1)expounds the subject value of the land reform research in the west of Thailand,that is,the reason for choosing the topic and the personal insistence;according to several key points of the content involved in this paper,briefly reviews the current academic research results,with monographs and papers as the main body.The second part(i.e.Chapter 2)introduces the social and historical conditions of the land reform in the west of Thailand: first,the basic regional situation,the rural land relationship,business model,etc.before the land reform;second,the basis of the land reform work(document spirit),the construction and foundation of the Party organizations at all levels and the democratic regime.The third part(i.e.chapter 3-5)is the main content,which elaborates three major stages of Taixi’s land reform,namely,the rent reduction and interest reduction movement during the Anti Japanese War,the land reform movement during the liberation war and the end of the land reform at the beginning of the people’s Republic of China.The fourth part(the second half of Chapter 5)is about the achievements and experience of the land reform movement in Taixi(effective measures).The fifth part is the conclusion of the whole paper.It is an effective experience to pay attention to the three rural issues and cultivate a harmonious relationship between cadres and masses.In general,this paper tries to record the land reform movement in the western region of Thailand.During this period,it also focuses on the unremitting pursuit of the grass-roots party members in the old revolutionary base area for several years.The common people in every village and village depend on the party,government and army comrades.At last,we try to summarize the gain and loss of this process,and provide some reference.
